The difference between who we are and what we do is an on-going topic of contemplation, conversation, and wonder. In my current state of mind, I believe myself to be a curious polyglot that is forever seeking to understand, expand and utilize my notions about art, design, aesthetics, innovation, relevance, culture, audiences, engagement, emotion, learning, media, technology, accessibility, ... In more concrete terms, I am an exhibition and lighting manager and designer trained in architecture, passionate about the arts and about languages. I currently am the Chief of Design at the National Gallery of Canada. I hold a Masters of Architecture from McGill University in Montreal, and I started my career as an educator and then as an exhibition designer at the Canadian Centre sArchitecture in Montreal. I have practiced as both an architecture and as a lighting designer in Montreal, Paris and New York. Prior to joining the National Gallery of Canada to lead the Design department, I worked as an exhibition designer, across all collections and departments, at the Art Institute of Chicago.

I am a mother, a wife, and a photographer... in that order. ;) I love my family first and foremost. I am a jack of many trades, I love creating, everything - from beautiful images, to costumes, to yummy foods. I love my craft closet, (which is full of stuff I can use to make things for you session that will make it that much more interesting) I love my costume and prop collection, I love thrift stores and flea markets, and I love a good sale anywhere. I enjoy reading good long books as well as writing, (although life has seemed to push that pastime to the side for the most part) and I rarely ever watch TV. I enjoy the outdoors and sports, and when I get old I will be be an avid traveler. ;) The sky amazes me and I have recently began taking random photos of it (awesome for overlays)...., I would love to have a second house at the ocean. I have an obsession with dying my hair random colors dependent upon my mood, and lately am rarely seen without a bandana tied around my head. If asked about my favorite color, I would have to say that I love them all (which is reflected throughout the walls of my home) yet I always gravitate toward things that are black. I am inspired in one way or another by everything that I have ever seen or experienced. (good, bad, and ugly) I like to think that I am a very intelligent person, I have an extremely sarcastic sense of humor at times, and I truly enjoy people. I have a very good sense of style, although my clothing choices for myself may not always reflect that as I am often in a tank top and jeans. (That said, you will never catch me dead in "mom" jeans) I drive too fast, and love music....all genres, like in a "My name is Amanda and I must be schizophrenic due to my playlist" kind of way.... I am not a "professionally trained photographer" so I can show you no credentials aside from my portfolio, as I am completely self taught and expand on my creativity and knowledge whenever possible. I suppose we can call me an extremely passionate artist of the lens, eager to capture and create some fantastic images for you. We are each an unique work of art, I am here to make sure your portraits reflect just that. I can produce a perfectly beautiful image of you sooc (straight out of camera), although rarely will I ever be satisfied with leaving it at that. I would like to consider myself extremely versatile in the creativity department. I love to do themed shoots, and can create costumes as well as other items necessary to pull them off. I have an eye for location, and love and appreciate natural light and texture. I am slightly "edgy", and love to think outside of the box. While there is nothing "conservative" about my taste or personality, I am able to mold my creative juices to suit the situation. So, no matter if you are looking to push the boundaries, or stay comfortably, simply, and beautifully artistic I am the photographer for you. I can do it all. Step away from mediocrity, step into originality. Book today. Photography is an art form, let me create a masterpiece for you. I am sure that I will add to this, but that's all for now. Let's shoot. Contract must be signed prior to shooting, and I reserve the right to change my pricing at any time. Expect gallery to be completed around one month from shooting depending on work volume. Email Me Also find me at http://www.facebook.com/PhotoholicElixirPhotography

Dave DiLauro
http://site-overview.com/stats/davedilauro.com
I fell in love with photography at age 15 when I got my first SLR camera for Christmas back in 1983. I wanted to be a National Geographic photographer but photography school was too expensive so I never pursued it professionally. In my 20's, I didn't have time to do much photography due to... well, life. At around age 32 I decided I wanted to be happy, finally, and I wanted to take control of my life instead of being controlled by my job. So I started getting back into my photography and practicing and shooting and reading everything I could get my hands on and teaching myself how to be a better photographer. So at age 34 I started my photography business. This was in 2002 about 6 months after 9/11. Probably not the best time to start a business, but for me it was now or never. It was the best decision I have ever made in my life! I put everything I had into it with the attitude that "I will make this happen!" Failure was not an option. To my surprise... three years later, I was shooting 50 weddings a year. The best part... I am happy! I love what I do, I love my life... What could be better than that? About My Photography I don't like to label my style of photography. I just go with what I am feeling from the bride and groom and what I am feeling from the wedding location. The light, the colors, the textures all play a part in how I shoot. I bring a relaxed, fun and confident attitude to my shoots. I get told by my clients that I am a joy to work with and I make them feel very comfortable in front of the camera. I get people at my weddings telling me, "Dude, your an awesome photographer!" I'm like, "You haven't even seen the pictures yet." "Don't need to. I can just tell by watching you that you're an awesome photographer. You never miss anything. You're just right on it." I get that a lot. It's kinda funny but I love hearing it. My Client Words "All I can say is WOW! I absolutely LOVE all of the photos that Dave took at our wedding. He definitely captured the joy and excitement of the day. If you are looking for an awesome photographer, Dave is the one." "Thanks Dave for doing an amazing job. We love the photos!" "Hi Dave! I just looked through my wedding album. It had been awhile since I had done that. Thank you so much for the BEAUTIFUL photos. :) We LOVE that we can remember our special day with your pictures." "Dave - thanks so much for shooting our wedding! We absolutely love em:) Kim" "AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!!" "When we received our album, our mouths dropped in aww. For all of those who gave me the advise to get the best photographer, I listened and did." "Dave DiLauro is the most professional, creative, and artistic photographer that I've worked with. He is certainly the best at what he does. You can tell that he enjoys his profession and he is great at making you feel comfortable in front of the camera, which is a must."

Fangs and Fur Fantasy Book Review | Where Reading Fantasy is a Family Affair
http://site-overview.com/stats/fangsandfurbooks.com
Title: Fate of the Tearling Author: Erika Johansen Publisher: Harper Date Published: November 29, 2016 Where I got the book: ARC won in a Goodreads giveaway *this is no way affects my review* Where You Can Get Book: AMAZON Synopsis from Goodreads: In less than a year, Kelsea Glynn has grown from an awkward teenager into a powerful monarch and a visionary leader. And as she has come into her own as the Queen of the Tearling, she has transformed her realm. But in her quest to end corruption and restore justice, she has made many enemies - chief among them the evil and feared Red Queen, who ordered the armies of Mortmesne to march against the Tear and crush them. To protect her people from such a devastating invasion, Kelsea did the unthinkable - naming the Mace, the trusted head of her personal guards, Regent in her place, she surrendered herself and her magical sapphires to her enemy. But the Mace will not rest until he and his men rescue their sovereign from her prison in Mortmesne. So, the endgame has begun and the fate of Queen Kelsea - and the Tearling itself - will be revealed... With The Fate of the Tearling, Erika Johansen draws her unforgettable story full of magic and adventure to a thrilling close. I really enjoyed the first two books of The Queen of the Tearling Trilogy and the way they married the feel of an epic fantasy novel with dystopian elements. I love Kelsea Raleigh--the way she's portrayed and her believable growth from altruistic young woman to someone who's willing to put aside their morals to do what needs to be done. There's a progressively dark feeling to these novels. I still love the setting. We remain in the world Johansen built, but its beginnings are fully fleshed out in The Fate of the Tearling. We get to see how their society used to be run and where everything went wrong. Seeing more of Mortmesne was particularly interesting. I have always enjoyed Johansen's ability to give you something you have a preconceived notion of and then tear it out from under you. She frequently makes you think of things in a new way, and the Mortmesne plot lines are a good example of that. I wasn't a fan of The Fate of the Tearling's storyline, however.. I liked where the story was heading when the second book ended but found myself frequently upset about how she navigated the plot in this book. I thought the Red Queen's redemption arc was completely off the wall. It felt so out of character for the villain we had come to know. I felt that they broke her, in a sense. She came off weak. I enjoyed learning more about Row. I liked that he was given a face and backstory, but the confrontation with him felt highly unsatisfying. I felt the narrative had difficulty carrying the multiple points of view from so many different characters. I found myself missing the rapport and witty banter between Kelsea and her guards. It took away a big part of what I enjoyed in previous books. I also felt there was too much of the dystopian element in this book. I liked getting answers and seeing a more complete history of the world, but I had such a hard time keeping track of everything that it was hard to enjoy the story. There were just too many varying points of view, and it made the narrative feel inconsistent. Another thing I disliked were the new developments in Kelsea and Pen's relationship. Although I don't require romance to enjoy a story, it's a big draw for me. I had liked where their relationship was heading, and the events of this book were frustrating with regards to them. The Fate of the Tearling left me wishing she had written a prequel instead, so I could have fully immersed myself in the characters and storylines I had come to love throughout the series. I detested the ending. It felt as though she took everything she had spent three entire books building and blew it all apart. I like that she had the courage to go in that direction but the narrative turn seemed weak. It felt like a cop out and I found myself a little confused, wondering what precisely had happened. I wish the series had ended with a little more hope. Perhaps that isn't realistic, but I don't really read fiction for realism. All in all, I did enjoy the book and it was largely well written. I just wish that the narrative had been more consistent, that more page time could have been dedicated to the storylines and characters of the present, and that the ending had been more satisfying.

AB PHOTO EXPRESSION
http://site-overview.com/stats/abphotoexpression.com
Hello! Welcome to the World of AB Photo Expression. If you're looking for a creative and dedicated photographer you've come to the right site. I'm Anatoliy Ban, founder and owner of AB Photo Expression located in Staten Island, New York. My Father was a professional photographer who bought me my first photo camera for my 10th birthday. Ever since, I fell in love with photography and can't imagine myself apart from it. In the past 10 years I visited hundreds of occasions such as weddings, birthdays, bar and bat-mitzvahs, bridal showers, bachelor parties, and many, many others all over the NY/NJ/Connecticut area, and have made many friends. Unlike some wedding photographers, I take pictures of every wedding personally, so when you get the album you always can see the custom solutions at the high quality. I must confess that taking photos for me is not just a job. To me the process itself is a lot of fun and a wonderful feeling to see the final result of my work, to eyewitness and retain the origin of the new family and many other greatest moments of the human experience. The power of joy makes this work so special to me that always assign me dependability at the face of history of the family or individual person. RIHEL | Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership
http://site-overview.com/stats/rihel.org
Written by Rachel Jervis, Advanced Leadership Training Program Class of 2017 On May 5, 2017, I graduated from RIHEL's Advanced Leadership Training Program (ALTP). On October 15, 2017 I completed my first marathon. The latter is a direct result of the first. I've been a runner since moving to Colorado in 2007. Over the years I've completed numerous short and mid-distance races, including six half marathons. I never planned to run a marathon. I'd joke "I'm such a slow runner that I'd have to stop mid-race for a meal." I feared injuring myself, abhorred the time commitment, and was dubious that I could physically complete a marathon even if I wanted to. In short, marathons held no appeal to me. Fast-forward to April 2017, when I was in the homestretch of the RIHEL Advanced Leadership Training Program (ALTP). Since attending college in Boston, I find myself glued to Boston Marathon results and human-interest stories each Patriot's Day. Unlike previous years, some part of my brain wondered if I could conquer 26.2 miles. In a row. I confessed this thought to a friend on a long run the following weekend. Having completed multiple marathons and a full ironman, she assured me that with proper training I could finish a marathon. That evening I thought, Maybe I should run a marathon. One of my focuses during the ALTP was to use strong, confident language (no more "I just wanted to ask if perhaps you could…"). In discussing this, a RIHEL classmate told me that she's stopped saying "should" as it implies value/judgement. From that point on, I worked to eradicate "should" from my vocabulary. So when I caught myself thinking I maybe should run a marathon, I rephrased with confident language: I am going to run a marathon. The next words out of my mouth were equally strong: Oh %*@$, I'm going to run a marathon! When I caught myself thinking I maybe should run a marathon, I rephrased with confident language: I am going to run a marathon The ALTP demonstrated the value of a documented plan and skilled mentorship/coaching. Accordingly, I hired a fantastic coach ( to get me to the start line feeling confident and across the finish line still enjoying running. I expected the mindfulness and emotional intelligence work during the ALTP to increase my confidence marathon training, but I didn't realize how interrelated they would be. In addition to four runs a week, two strength sessions, daily core work, and stretching, my coach assigned weekly "mental toughness" readings or podcasts. I found myself talking about the ALTP and sending her RIHEL resources in response to my homework. During five months of training, I ran 539.73 miles to prepare to run the marathon. I went from a goal of "just finishing" to thinking that maybe, just maybe, I could complete my first marathon in under four and a half hours. I met my coach for a "shake out run" the Thursday before the race. The following day I was flying to Detroit. The weather forecast called for heat and humidity. Despite summer heat conditioning, there was no way I could safely run 26.2 miles in under 4.5 hours in the predicted weather; and if I tried I could risk not finishing at all. My coach reassured me that I was trained for a 4.5 hour race, but it wasn't 4.5 hour race weather. I agreed to readjust my goal to complete the race in under 5 hours and promised to go out nice and slow. Only if I felt good at mile 10 would I pick up my pace, but ultimately I would run conservatively. Driving home from my last coaching session I burst into tears. I didn't want to try for a sub-5 hour marathon. I wanted a cool, crisp fall morning where I could push the pace. I'd trained for months, couldn't the weather cooperate? Mental toughness and emotional intelligence be damned, I had a meltdown. On race day morning, my father and 5 friends who'd come to cheer me on showed up in the hotel lobby wearing matching "Run, Rachel, Run" shirts. I burst into tears again, this time tears of gratitude for all the people who had supported me along my marathon journey. Starting (unknowingly) with my RIHEL classmate who told me she doesn't say should anymore. I dug into my emotional intelligence reserves and told myself today I run the best first marathon I can. On race day morning, my father and 5 friends who'd come to cheer me on showed up in the hotel lobby wearing matching "Run, Rachel, Run" shirts. ... told myself today I run the best first marathon I can. It was 70 degrees at the 7am start time, I sweat more in that race than all my training runs combined, and my visor blew off in the final quarter mile because the wind was so strong. But it was an amazing race day. I started slow, felt good enough to pick up the pace at mile ten, chatted with other runners, and kept going. I never hit the proverbial wall. When my friends met me at mile 24 to pace me in, I was all smiles. I crossed the finish line at four hours, 51 minutes, and 44 seconds. This summer I'm focusing on some shorter trail runs to challenge myself with hills and enjoy the mountain scenery. I plan to run my second marathon in 2019. It will give me the opportunity to strive for a 4.5 hour marathon and continue practicing resilience and other ALTP skills.

Making Mommas | Making Mommas Out Of You And Me
http://site-overview.com/stats/makingmommas.com
Happy Valentine's Day!! When you become a mom, Valentine's Day takes on a whole other meaning. Suddenly, there is more than just one love in your life. And it is your job to honor that love. Gone are the romantic dinners, flowers and candle light! Very rarely will you get whisked off on a romantic get-away weekend. Instead, you will receive dried macaroni necklaces, painted hearts and shiny plastic rings. And oddly enough, these little trinkets will mean more to you than any diamond. Well, almost. How to honor your little one on Valentine's Day? Well, now, that truly is the question. For years I would start the day off for my boys with a special breakfast. When they came running to the breakfast table, they would find a heart-shaped box of chocolates and a gift at their place setting. The gift was always jammie themed – a new pair of pajamas, slippers, a new blanket or a new stuffed animal. Other than baking heart-shaped cookies, and occasionally a desert for dinner, that is really all I ever did for my boys on Valentine's Day. As more and more boys were added to the family, the tradition slowly died out. And so I found myself wondering, what do I do for Valentine's Day this year? If you are in the same boat, fear not!! The day is not done. Try one of these ideas for a last minute Valentine Day surprise – and the ones that require a little more planning can always be tucked away for next year! 21 Ways To Spend Valentine's Day With Your Children 1. Surprise them with a special breakfast. Make it something gooey and sweet! After all, isn't that what this day is all about? Try some cinnamon rolls, monkey break, caramel rolls, muffins or scones. For an extra special treat, serve them cake for breakfast! 2. Give them a themed gift every year. Like I said, I did a pajama theme. But this can be anything. Maybe it's sports related, a game themed gift, bath related or a movie theme. The trick is to keep the same theme every year, but to find a different gift from year to year. 3. Give them a box of chocolate. A traditional touch, for sure. This makes a nice addition to any tradition. 4. Cook dinner together. Cooking dinner together is always fun for the little kids, but as your children get older, it becomes more of a chore. Make it fun by serving a yummy punch or pop, cranking up some music and joking around while you cook! 5. Have a candle light dinner. Younger kids love this one. They know there is something extra special going on when you dim the lights and light a candle. 6. Have a special dinner together. Maybe it's dinner out. Maybe it's a heart-shaped pizza. Or maybe you serve them their favorite pasta. Whatever it is, make it stand out. Serve some sparkling water or juice in a wine glass for kicks! 7. Make it a date night. Take your kids out for dinner and a movie. Or hit the bowling alley or the skating rink. Do something fun as a family. 8. Watch a movie together. Snuggle up together on the couch, pop some popcorn and put on that movie you've been meaning to sit down and watch. Make it a pajama party or slumber party to set it apart from any other movie night. 9. Play a board game together. Let them stay up late and play a game together. Serve some yummy snacks, a special drink and just have fun! 10. Camp out in their bedroom for the night. If you have older kids, play some video games with them until late in to the night. If your kids are younger, sleep on the floor in their room. Have a slumber party together! 11. Surprise them with a special delivery at school. Have some balloons, a cupcake, a flower or something special delivered to your child at school, in front of his or her classmates. 12. Take them out for lunch on their school lunch break. Have them excused over their lunch break and take them someplace special! 13. Have breakfast with them at school. If they eat breakfast at school in the morning, join them! If you can't make breakfast, you can always join them for lunch. 14. Take them away for the weekend. You may no longer be whisked away for a romantic weekend but you sure can kidnap your kids for a weekend away! Surprise them by picking them up from school and darting off for a fun-filled weekend of things they love. 15. Give them a journal you have kept for the past year. Start a journal in January, end it in December, and give it to them as a Valentine's Day gift. Fill the pages with letter of love, funny things they did, things you are proud of, or times you missed them throughout the year. 16. Create a scrapbook for them. There are so many ways to scrapbook now! Create a traditional scrapbook with paper and scissors, create one on-line with Shutterfly or Mixbook, create a book out of your FaceBook Wall or from your instagram account with Chatbook. 17. Have a school skip day and go somewhere fun instead. It's okay, I promise. If you know your child can easily make up the work, skip a day! Go have fun. Everyone deserves a mental health day. ;-) 18. Give them a homemade gift. If you have special talents, such as knitting, painting, making jewelry, etc., use it! Make something special for your child. 19. Visit someone who may be lonely on Valentine's Day. Not everyone is lucky enough to be surrounded by children on Valentine's Day. Take yours to visit someone who might be alone on Valentine's Day. The elderly would be a good place to start – they love little kids! 20. Bake a Valentine treat together. Make some cookies or a cake together. Surprise a loved one with the goodies! 21. Make a Valentine together. It could be any kind of craft or DIY project. Make it together and surprise someone you love with it! Have any more ideas? Share them!

PART TIME PROPRIETOR |
http://site-overview.com/stats/parttimeproprietor.com
I love to read books and learn new techniques and skills along with more about myself. It's a way for us to grow not only as individuals but as business owners and entrepreneurs. There a ton of "self-help" books out there. Rarely, do they ever make sense nor are what they teach very realistic or practical to use. Recently I read a book that was a suggestion from an email newsletter I subscribe to from Pat Flynn. I have found Pat Flynn, who recommended this book, to be authentic, real and trustworthy. I decided to take a look at it and read it from start to finish within a week. The book is insightful, practical, and was an eye opener for me personally and professionally. The author is Gary Keller with Jay Papasan both who are popular online business people, I am guessing. The book takes you through the myths of multitasking and provides a great method for finding your ultimate purpose. It made me really reflect on what my ultimate purpose is in this life. Then it helps you narrow down, and narrow down, and narrow down to help you get to the actual task or activity that can help you towards your bigger purpose. The information applies to all facets of your life whether it is health, business, spiritual, personal or anything else. The main question asked throughout the book was, "What is the ONE Thing I can do today that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?" The word phrase that really stuck out to me was "I CAN DO". Not what should I do, not what could I do. I find myself asking the question everyday but not before I defined my ultimate purpose. Want to know what I came up with? My Lifelong Purpose Statement "My purpose in the next five years is to be free of financial burdens that limit my ability to help myself, my family, other people, and my community. When I am free of those financial burdens, my purpose is to become wealthy enough to achieve my personal goals for my family, other people, and my community for the rest of my life and beyond. Leave a legacy for my family, other people, and my community." I know that is really broad and sort of vague but when I went through the process outlined in the book I could really narrow it down to the one task I can do at this moment that will move me toward that goal. Pretty cool, I think. The book is affordable, not costing more than any other book you would normally buy and you can purchase other companion pieces to go with it. I just enjoyed the book and got a lot out it, so I didn't find it necessary to purchase the other pieces. But you might decide you need more and that's okay. Disclosure: The photos for the book products below are Affiliate Links when you click on them and buy the product I get a small commission at no extra cost to you. Your support is very appreciated. And this my friends is one more thing I can do to help move toward my purpose. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did. Want to find out more about affiliate marketing, developing an online business or just creating an online presence check out Wealthy Affiliate (also an affiliate link) which I also use and am extremely happy with the support, training, and ease of use it provides. As a vegan establishment, I personally ensure all your favorite treats are completely free of products containing dairy/lactose/casein/milk derivatives, eggs, gelatin, confectioner's glaze/shellac, bone-char whitened sugar, cochineal coloring, and all animal byproducts. I have been vegan myself for almost 8 years now (as of January 2018!) and know the ins and outs of extensive label-checking! All my ingredients are of the finest quality, and almost all are organic, fair trade, and/or locally sourced whenever possible. Roll With It runs on wind power! When you order from us, you are supporting a small, local, 2nd-generation American (my grandmother was a Greek immigrant), disabled, woman-owned 100% vegan business that avidly recycles, upcycles, tries to compost and organic garden; veganism/animal/human rights, raising little vegans, rescued cats & local animal rescue efforts, AND eco-friendliness! Go you! I am a Texas Cottage Food Business ~ I only prepare non-potentially hazardous baked goods, and have passed the State Food Handler's Safety course requirements. I have an extensive background in food operations - much of my family has owned restaurants and cafés since before the 1970's, I have worked in several restaurants, and I have done home baking for decades. Keeping my kitchen sanitized is of utmost importance for me to ensure superior, delicious food. I take every possible step to prevent cross-contamination of my gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free products, and I always make everything 100% vegan - dairy and egg free. However, I do use wheat, soy, and nuts frequently - so if you have a very severe allergy, these treats may not be right for you. *Orders in excess of $96 subject to owner's discretion and 9% preparation fee where deemed applicable to account for time, material, and labor for large orders. Non-refundable 50% deposit required for material costs for these orders.

Meet Martha and Her Story: "I feel like I’ve been on a diet since the day I was born!" That’s the truth! I struggled with my weight my entire life. I tried it all. Diet pills Weight-loss centers Shakes The point system Counting calories Eating freeze-dried diet foods Even plastic surgery! Perhaps the only thing I never did was weight-loss surgery. When I hit the age of 40, I was a mom to seven, YES----7 kids, and my dinners consisted of beer or wine. I hit rock bottom at 250 pounds. I hated exercising. I hated my weight. I hated myself. And I hated that I was wearing a size 22. That’s when I said, no more and I dedicated all my free time to studying nutrition. I wanted to know how our bodies needed to be fueled and most importantly, I wanted to understand how I could take control and lose the weight….FOREVER! Within 10 months I lost 50 pounds! And I didn’t stop. I finally felt like the "real Martha" was being uncovered. The more I lost, the more I realized I had taken control of my own life and the more I learned, the more I wanted to share my success and help everyone uncover their authentic self. Losing 100 pounds never felt so easy. Truly, EASY! I knew my passion and calling was to help others do the same. And that’s when the #beMarthaFit customized weight loss meal plan began! Now, I help hundreds across the United States learn how to eat and in doing so, clients lose weight and finally learn how to fuel their bodies for LIFE!

Welcome to my blog! My name is Jonathan, and today I'd like to tell you all about my love of caravans. When I say that I live in Alice Springs, Australia, that is a bit of a lie. I mean, I have a house there but it is really just somewhere to keep my stuff. My real home is out on the road or in the Outback. For many years, I worked in a boring job so I could save money and buy my dream camper van. Now that I own one, I have taught myself how to live out in the middle of nowhere for weeks at a time. I decided to start this blog to encourage others to do the same.
