Claire Chaulet (1990) realises artistic projects around theater, writing and painting since her very childhood. Beside her studies she works as an artist and project coordinator in the transcultural art association Artistania e.V, in Berlin.

Artistania is a non-profit organization which provides space and opportunities to encourage individuals with different cultural and social backgrounds to work together on artistic and socio-cultural projects. The association's goal is to promote the idea that cultural differences can stimulate inspiration, creativity and mutual learning. Therefore Artistania creates possibilities to implement and present this idea through its projects. We believe in art as a favorable tool for connecting people and cultures across boundaries, transcending languages and traditional ways of thinking, as well as allowing people to reveal their own realities to others. Artistania places special emphasis on activities such as visual and conceptual art, theater, photography, music, filmography, literature, dance, etc. Artistania with its artistic projects is not only willing to connect people across boundaries but also wishes to encourage acceptance, respect, responsibility and other social skills among individuals. The results of these art projects will be presented to the public in different ways including unconventional exhibitions, indoor or outdoor theater performances, film screenings, workshops... These artistic and creative events will not only give the participants of the projects a chance to receive public acknowledgment but also enhance and diversify the cultural life in the neighborhood and in the city.
