HRDS has drawn up several projects for tribal welfare. The objective of these projects is the total development of the tribal communities by providing them shelter, food, clothing, medical care and education. Foundation For Excellence (FFE) is a 501 (c) (3) publicly supported charitable organization (EIN 77-0474749). FFE provides scholarships to bright and poor students in India for their higher education in India . The students are in the top 15% of their class and come from families earning less than a few dollars a day. They are often the first in their family to pursue higher education. More than 10,000 students, of whom 40% of whom are girls, have been assisted to date.
