http://site-overview.com/stats/fortuneschool.us
Fortune School of Education, established in 1989 as Project Pipeline, provides preparation programs to fill the “pipeline” of educators needed in today’s schools. It was the brainchild of Dr. Rex Fortune, who as a school superintendent, saw an opportunity to bring more diverse teaching candidates into public schools, especially in the shortage areas of science and mathematics instruction.

Austin Frerick U.S. Congress (IA-3)

I believe that corporate concentration is the fundamental issue of our time. We’re living in a 2nd Gilded Age where the middle class is disappearing while the rich get richer. And it’s all caused by this monopoly power. I saw this problem while working at U.S. Department of Treasury and now I'm running in Iowa's 3rd Congressional District to fix it. I'm on your side.

Vianney College | Seminary for the Diocese of Wagga Wagga
http://site-overview.com/stats/vianneycollege.org.au
Welcome to our website! Vianney College came to birth in the same year, 1992, that Pope John Paul ll published his post-synodal Apostolic Exhortation, "Pastores dabo vobis". Thus this year, 2017, marks the 25th anniversary of our founding. Special celebrations are planned in August of this year to mark our Silver Jubilee and details can be found elsewhere on this website. Bishop Brennan founded Vianney College to form priests for the diocese of Wagga Wagga. He saw the advantages of training priests for a rural diocese in a rural setting. It was a bold move at the time and not without controversy. However time has proved the decision was a wise one and God has blessed the diocese of Wagga Wagga with a healthy flow of vocations to the priesthood. Bishop Gerard Hanna succeeded Bishop Brennan as bishop of Wagga Wagga in 2002 and retired, due to ill health in 2016. He will be remembered for his constant support and interest in Vianney College, enriching its programme of formation with the fruits of his own pastoral experience as a rural pastor and making provision for the future by sending priests of the diocese to do higher studies and thus providing a supply of qualified lecturers for the future. He also undertook a programme of upgrading and expanding the buildings of the seminary, and in doing so expanded our accommodation to over 30 students. While we await the appointment of a new bishop we look forward to the future with confidence. 25 Seminarians are currently enrolled in Vianney College, now not only for the Wagga diocese but for several other rural dioceses, for some Oriental Eparchies and for several religious orders. As in other Australian seminaries, a large proportion of our seminarians are of non-Australian birth but the formation at Vianney gives them an opportunity to understand the Australian culture (and accent) and to recognise the pastoral challenges they will face from an Australian point of view. Over our short 25 year history we have helped form 48 priests and two bishops. It is hoped that at least two more priests will be ordained this year. For all this we thank God and invite you to share our joy and thanksgiving as you visit our website. Welcome! Father Peter Thompson, C.M. Rector

Home | 66 Days
http://site-overview.com/stats/66daysthefilm.com
'I am standing on the threshold of another trembling world. May God have mercy on my soul.' With these words, IRA volunteer Bobby Sands began his hunger strike on March 1st 1981. Sands’ undoubted act of personal bravery brought Ireland to a standstill as the outside world looked on to see an intense battle unfold between an unseen prisoner and the might of the British Government. 66 DAYS tells the factual story of Bobby Sands’ life for the first time on film. As we step through the day-specific narrative, we reveal the man at the centre of events, in a probing personal portrait that separates man from myth, and fact from fiction. Seeing himself as a soldier in a conflict, Bobby Sands died for the right to be recognised as a political prisoner. He chose hunger strike, against the wishes of his movement’s leadership, in the full knowledge it would bring the world’s attention to his fight. Using eye-witness testimony, unseen archive, reconstructions and animation, this cinematic odyssey serves as both the definitive account of a self-created Irish martyr and a seismic moment in 20th century Irish history, the legacy of which we continue to live with today. In 66 DAYS we document an ordinary life lived at the epicentre of a turbulent and tragic conflict, which then became extraordinary as a young idealist starved himself to death to preserve the integrity of the republican movement he loyally served. The film charts sets how Sands became the architect of his own destiny, and saw him ascend into the ranks of international icon status. Sands own words form the heart of the film, through his many poems, letters and ‘comms’ all penned inside prison, and in particular, his personal diary which he kept for the first 17 days of his hunger strike. Sands’ collected writings provide an invaluable window into his beliefs, feelings and aspirations. They serve to place his voice at the centre of the film and take us inside his head, the place where Sands eventually found freedom. Sands’ prison diary is perhaps the most unique historical document in existence of one man’s articulation of his beliefs while on hunger strike. This powerful handwritten diary has never been seen before in public, and we have secured exclusive access to this historical treasure trove, which forms the spine of the film’s narrative. Threaded through Sands’ personal biography we bring our audience on a parallel journey of understanding to reveal the events that first politicised the young Sands and the influences of Irish Republican history on Sands’ actions which he learned during his imprisonment. In this regard, the film is as interested in the WHY of Bobby Sands’ story as it is the WHAT. Sands died on May 5th 1981, aged 27 and parliaments across the world stopped for a minute's silence in his honour. While Sands came to prominence in death, this film aims for the first time to explore his life, examining the powerful character he was as it charts the reasons he chose the death of a martyr. 66 DAYS unifies the myriad threads of the complex, 25-year long Northern Ireland conflict into one single overarching narrative. In the film’s final chapter, we capture Sands’ legacy. Former comrades and commentators reflect on how the 66 days of Sands’ 1981 hunger strike changed Irish history forever.

Title Achievements Led by Brent Burnett, Synergy's Newest Pearl Executive Last November, as the holiday season began, Synergy Team Member Brent Burnett was passionately working with his team to reach new business milestones. Now, not only has he achieved the rank of Pearl Executive, he has set up a foundation for even greater success with Synergy in the future. An avid runner, Brent compares his business building to the preparation and strategy that a distance runner would use during a race: "You have to learn how to balance yourself during a race," said Burnett. "You have to know when to push and when to dial it back. Last year , we saw the opportunity to reach and decided to make that push." Hitting Pearl is definitely a commendable achievement for Brent, but not one that he could have accomplished alone. Joining him in the journey for greatness are two other Team Members who made pushes of their own to reach new titles before the end of the year. NEW TEAM DIRECTORS William Ackley and Richard Carl, friends of Brent and members of his organization, were taught what would be required in order for their businesses to grow. They met with Brent, set goals, and organized a plan to each achieve the Team Director title in conjunction with Brent's advancement. It was teamwork at its finest. As they worked to see their plans come to fruition, William and Richard committed to create positive habits that could be duplicated. "They would always go out and do the simple things that I told them to do," said Burnett. "Then we would talk again and they would bring up questions, and we would build from there." Today, Brent Burnett leads his team as a Pearl Executive, and with new milestones in sight. He has two very dedicated and passionate Team Directors by his side, looking to achieve further success in their own businesses. The future is looking bright, but all three are aware that building on success takes dedication and patience. "Obviously, these sort of accolades don't happen overnight," said Burnett. "It's something that you have to be willing to build and work toward." POSITIVITY FOR A GROWING TEAM Brent has a goal to maintain a positive attitude as he builds. He believes this is how a successful team will be built. He hopes to create a climate in which people will want to work hard. "We want to help people find the right culture where they can be successful," said Brent. "We've been really impressed by our leaders around the world and we hope to create an environment that will encourage people to discover their true potential." As Brent continues to build a positive team in 2018, we congratulate him, along with William Ackley and Richard Carl, for their accomplishments so far. As they continue to generate momentum, we look forward to seeing how they will grow this year and beyond!
