I have been involved in re-enactment for thirty years and during that time I have developed a deep interest in the working life of caftsmen in the past and their trades. By studying the way the original craftsmen worked the items I produce have a very authentic look and feel to them that cannot be achieved by using modern materials and techniques used by many other people working today. My principle interests are leatherworking and period dying techniques. I produce a wide range of leather goods and also a range of authenticly dyed woolen cloth for re-enacters, museums, theatre and the heritage industry.
