Student Number changed to University Username
    http://site-overview.com/stats/isustudentmedia.com
Because of changes in the “991” numbering system, Indiana State University will now use the terms “university ID number” and “university username,” instead of the term “student identification number.” An email sent from ISU Tuesday said that the change was effective immediately. According to the email, “The identification number formerly known as Sycamore ID Number or 991 is now the University ID Number. The username formerly known as Sycamore Username, Sycamore Login, Portal Login or Sycamore ID is now University Username.” The email stated that this is due to future university ID numbers that will begin to start with a prefix other than “991.” “There is a numbering algorithm in our systems that applies the University ID Number to each student as the student is admitted. Once we are ‘out of’ 991 numbers, the system will just begin to use 992 as the initial three characters of the University ID Number,” Dr. Lisa Spence, the associate vice president for academic affairs and chief information officer, said. Spence said that university ID numbers will begin with “992” in the future, so the university is working to address the change now. “We needed a change to address the fact that right now we all call them ‘991 numbers.’” Spence said. “Since we need to make this change, we decided that we should make it in the best way possible. So we realized that we should use this opportunity to agree on consistent terms, and then have an information campaign about it to help everyone get used to using these new terms. We really do hope that this alleviates some confusion about which thing a person is talking about when a student is visiting in an ISU office or talking with someone over the phone, or even when staff and/or faculty are working together.“ This change will affect both staff members and students. Alfred Vangilder, ISU sophomore majoring in recreation and sports management, said that as a desk manager he will have to get used to not asking for a 991 number because it could cause confusion among students. Dr. Lori Henson, assistant professor in the department of communication, said that the change will take some time getting used to. “It’s going to be a little bit of an adjustment to call it something else when I’m advising students,” Henson said. “When I’m advising students, I always say ‘what’s your 991?’ and I’ll probably have to get out of that habit, but that’s okay. I don’t expect it’ll make my job too complicated.” Some students don’t view the change as a big deal, but also think that the change will take time to get used to. Fatimah Aldawood, freshman public health sciences major, said that the change doesn’t really matter and wouldn’t affect operations on campus very much. Froy Vega, a sophomore business management major, said he believes that they’re doing what is necessary for future Sycamores, but thinks that the change could cause some confusion at times. The use of “991” has been around for about 16 years. “The 991 number has been in effect since the early 2000’s. This numbering scheme was developed in order to reduce the use of Social Security Number as a commonly-used identifier for most departments on campus, due to security and identity theft concerns related to Social Security Number that had emerged by that time,” Spence said.

Solé Single Speed & Fixed Gear bicycles come with a flip-flop rear hub, allowing them to be ridden in Single Speed or Fixed Gear position. When they have the cards they have to have they turn their stick more than and place the cards that match it on the table (Meld). It is my opinion that the definitive sizing chart for frame size and saddle height can be found in Greg Lemond's Comprehensive Book of Bicycling. Commuting by bicycle is commonly a protected and healthy activity, but collisions are constantly a possibility. We make sure that you have a safe bike ride with high high-quality components, safety gear, lights and reflectors. If your stick demands only six cards for the meld e.g. a set of kings and a set of queens, you will have seven cards remaining in your hand. Our major Safety initiative is the Bicycle Owner's Manual content material, created for and licensed to our members for their cost savings and convenience. Plugging the measurements of a certain bicycle into the model revealed its path during motion, like a frame-by-frame animation. We set a card on every table and the cards assist the players transition from table to table.Table cards are a exciting way to decorate your table. For a mechanician — that fusty breed of engineer whose subject is defined by Newton's three laws of motion — the conundrums of the bicycle hold a special allure. We give road, mountain, comfort, hybrid, and children's bicycles, along with helmets, clothes, footwear, auto racks, and all of the related accessories to make certain your ride is optimal. Never danger letting creaky brakes and a gummed-up chain ruin your inaugural ride, let the BICYCLE CLINIC get your wheels operating like new again. Snapdeal’s online purchasing has all the top rated brands that supply you just about every type of bicycle you fancy. The corporation is establishing its own pipeline of bicycle molecules as properly as looking for research collaborations, supplying a selection of possibilities for candidates looking for to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial biotech company. In his book he points out that one of his rivals, Sean Kelly was also low, and almost certainly would have been more rapidly if adjusted effectively. You don't want to be riding on the roads at evening with standard reflectors, and riding a bicycle devoid of lights just after dark is illegal in some countries. Cyclocomputers calculate and display parameters like speed, distance and time of your trip, when the GPS units guide you in the suitable path.Bikers need to be equipped with protective gear that contain knee guards, and helmets. In a report that he ready at the time, he sketched a bizarre bicycle with a weight jutting out in front of the handlebars. Alternatively of, or in addition to, applying cycleway=opposite, you can use oneway:bicycle to recognize roads where the oneway guidelines for cyclists differ from the common oneway restriction. Papadopoulos convinced Ruina that bicycle providers — like oil corporations — could be interested in supporting academic research. A consumer watches bicycle racing on a screen in the outdoors terrace area at the Rapha Racing cycle club in Spitalfields industry. A single suspension bicycle with gears is much more than sufficient to give a comfy ride even on bumpy roads. Make sure you have reflectors on the front and rear of your bicycle (white lights on the front and red rear reflectors are necessary by law in several States), in addition to reflectors on your tires, so other individuals can see you.

Carri, my wife, worked as a waitress, and I washed dishes and cooked back up. We also had another dishwasher, two other cooks and a bus boy. Life was good. Carri and I worked 7 days per week and our kids, Lindsay and Terry, helped out. Lindsay and Terry made biscuits after school while Carri and I did prep work.

              JAMES KIRBY
              http://site-overview.com/stats/jameskirbymusic.com
This is a story... Well, more of an interview and insight to an artist.  One who has a story covering more miles than your average musician but one who's journey started as all of ours do. By finding that almost sacred and symbiotic relationship with our instruments.    From one of his earliest memories James Kirby remembers strumming his guitar as his father played away at the keys of a piano and his brother held the rhythm on the drums. But the six string that he now comes to play so magnificently was not his first instrument. From the age of four, James was encouraged to play more classical themed instrumentation such as the Piano, Cello and Viola. Though in hindsight he expresses a thought of not being "as good" at these in comparison to the drums and (of course) the guitar, which were both introduced to him at the age of eight.   The man is a multi-instrumentalist and the refined method in which he now plays (knowingly or not) salutes his introduction to his earlier and more formal instrumentation.   And music, seemingly for him, was not just a stay at home pass time.  Even in earlier days James has been a part of choirs, orchestras and Jazz/Rock and Indie bands. All these styles, settings and genres aided his understanding and development in music... But they were aided too by his natural, almost perfect pitch ear for music and dynamics.    As life went on James came in to the world we all know. One of four letters that binds our lives to paper and restricts our dreams... Work. His music continued as an overlay to the 9-5 lifestyle with regular gigs 5 times a week between Kent and London. Exhausted and shattered from the fine lines between what he did (work) and what he was (a musician) the then suppressed flame of his passion burst beyond its confinement. It was time for for a change and a time to be all that he was. He pushed his music, utilising the 9-5 to get him where he needed.  His efforts were rewarded with a contract to play full time for 18 months in bars, clubs and restaurants in Spain and the middle east. With every note played it seemed he took another step forward and with his new found knowledge and experience a life on the road became a reality rather than a dream. The doors to the UK/Europe tour were opening.    Though playing for a living is James' dream he is a modest and realistic character. He of all people will express that it's not all bright lights and 5 stars... And most of all, it isn't easy.    "It's been an incredible experience! but to say I'm 'Living the dream' is a stretch from the imagination!   The only reason I managed to line up a UK tour off my own back was because I met such amazing people during my time away."    James has no management, no tour group, no investors and no label. He is a man with determination and talent and more so he is one who gives thanks to those who got him where he is  .   So I asked him how he sees today in contrast to how he was when he started out  "I never thought I would ever be doing my music full time, even looking back 2 years ago when I was sat working in an office."  And though there is a surprised and positive shock in the distance travelled to achieve his goals James then brought forward a side so many dismiss from the world of music. At what cost do achieving our dreams come at?  "I gave up everything, a secure job, a nice apartment, relationship and time with family, friends to follow a dream (excuse the cliche) I've had since as long as I can remember."    ladies and gentlemen,  James Kirkby holds a story so many don't see.  Here we have a man who I actually refuse to call a "Guitarist" even with all this hard work in practice and talent... James Kirby IS a Musician! He is a Composer and an Artist!  And he is his own. He has made what once may have seemed impossible an actual life.  Hard work, determination and as you have read, sacrifice.  Admittedly it is not a life of glamour, more so one of a diary, equipment and petrol receipts.   It is a world James himself built and though he gives great thanks and appreciation to those along the way, if you look deep into the core of what he has done, he has done it alone.    This man alone (to me) separates those who want to be musicians from those who actually are! And he is a beacon to those who hold the passion of music as close as each and every drawing breath, that there is a life that can be achieved. And you don't need to bombard labels to do it nor sell your soul. So drop the glam, roll up your sleeves,  definitely drop the ego and get some good old hard graft in.  Throughout history the artists (within and outside the world of music) worth remembering are those who ignored the quick fixes... And James Kirby dare I say... Has right to stand amongst them. If not only for his talent but how he has brought his talent to others.   Again on a personal note his talent and journey always give me pride simply through the fact we share our names.    And there is more to come from James in the near future, from collaborations with other artists to his  own EP and album... And not forgetting another self made European Tour.  So I implore you to look him up, to listen and see him do what he does.  Because by the time he's restrung his guitars, loaded up his equipment he'll be off again effortlessly entertaining the world he's made himself.

All I can say is, I have the most student loans of anyone that I know, and I am making it work. I took out loans for all of undergraduate and graduate school. I knew what I wanted to do with my life, and I knew that I was going to find a way to do it even if I had to borrow money to do so. I actively chose programs that I knew had street cred, so that my prospects of finding a job would be supported by the program culture itself. Looking back I would likely borrow differently: more federal and less private, ask more questions and be more persistent about scholarships and school opportunities, and would have waited to consolidate until I had more knowledge about private consolidation processes. But I would still borrow. I continued to ignore that gut feeling, and just focused on that loving feeling. And now I am loving it every day.

Sciatica Back Pain Treatment | How To Treat Sciatica Back Pain At Home
                http://site-overview.com/stats/sciaticabackpaintreatment.net
There are few things in this world that are more painful than sciatic nerve problems. If you have ever struggled with back pain, then you know all about this. There are typical types of back pain, and then there's back pain that reaches a whole other level of hurt. That next level is a problem with your sciatic nerve. This nerve starts in your back and it can run all the way down into your leg. When these problems arise, you need to get in touch with a sciatic treatment plan that can relieve the pain. The question is, "What is this treatment and how can I get it sooner rather that later?" Acupuncture works well in most cases. There is one sciatic treatment in particular that can cure the terrible nerve pain in nine out of every ten people. That is acupuncture therapy and more people are using it to relieve issues with their sciatic nerve. The biggest issue with this type of pain is that your back is putting undue pressure on your nerves. Acupuncture therapy takes the pressure away from this portion of your back and from the rest of it, as well. It can relieve the pain almost immediately and give you a better chance to avoid problems in the future. *WARNING! Only for those serious about sciatica pain relief!* For those serious about sciatica pain relief, I highly recommend you check out 'Treat Sciatica Now'. Check out my review of it right now: Treat Sciatica Now Review: A Must-Have Book For All Sciatica Suffers Acupuncture is a pretty creative solution, and there are other solutions to go along with it. One of those is ice therapy. This is a sciatic treatment that's much easier to pull off and doesn't require nearly as much effort. Some people think that heat therapy through heating pads will help, but the opposite is actually true. Heat makes the inflammation of the nerve much worse and it creates prolonged pain. When you have an inflamed nerve, your first goal has to be relieving that inflammation. Ice therapy with constant application will give immediate relief from this condition. It will give you more mobility and take away the tremendous pain that can sometimes go along with a sciatic condition. These two ideas offer very different solutions. One is easy to execute, while the other takes a little bit more time and energy. Whatever the case, these things can relieve nerve pain in 90% of sufferers. That is a tremendous percentage of people who are getting rid of their pain.

                Iconoclastically Bombastic Network |
                http://site-overview.com/stats/iconoclasticallybombastic.com
NFL Draft 2018 Scouting Reports: Wyoming QB Josh Allen What I like Allen has one of the strongest arms most scouts have ever seen. He put it on display at the combine with a 70-yard bomb. He's athletic and while I don't believe his athleticism is comparable to Cam Newton's(sorry Daniel Jeremiah) Wyoming did use him in a similar way and he produced results. Allen comes from the same offense as Carson Wentz. No gimmicky spread here he's made all the throws and taken snaps under center. At 6'5 233 pounds he has prototypical NFL quarterback size. He's at his best when he's outside the pocket. It's out there that his athleticism and arm strength are on full display. What I don't My biggest gripe is Allen is that he's shown very little ability to win from the pocket. He seems to prefer playing outside of it. He will usually bail at the first sign of pressure and subtle moves within the pocket don't seem to be in his repertoire. His decision making is questionable at best. Pro football focus ranked him 28th in the nation at avoiding turnover worthy plays Even his most ardent supporters admit Allen is not accurate. A lot of this comes from his mechanics. Oftentimes his upper and lower body are out of synch when he throws. He also tends to not reset his feet when he moves in the pocket. Comparison: Flacco with wheels. He's got the same level arm or stronger and he can throw much better on the move. They are also similar in size. Overall: He's the most polarizing quarterback prospect in years. No matter how you feel about Allen, he has the pieces to become a great signal caller(physically at least). His success will largely be based on the environment and system he's placed in. I personally think he has bust written all over him.

Do Better With Asana - Your Guide To Doing Great Things With Asana
                http://site-overview.com/stats/dobetterwithasana.com
Discover the Second Edition of the best-seller by Mike Vardy & Jeremy Roberts, now based on the re-branded version of Asana thanks to Bastien Siebman! Two great offers. $19 for the PDF of Do Better With Asana. $25 for the PDF of Do Better with Asana + 11 amazing Premium templates for free from the All-in-One Bundle from Templana (links on the last page). Introduction. This book is the culmination of months of communication and collaboration and combined years of productivity specialization. Words traveled from the Northern Hemisphere to the Southern Hemisphere and back countless times, and what you’re reading right now is the end result. But the real question is, why did we come together to work on this project? Because we love what Asana has allowed us to do over the years, and we want to share how you can get the most out of it—right from the time you use it. One of the things we’ve heard about Asana on our websites and through various conversations we have online is that it can be too complex. For some, that will be true. For others, Asana will seem like a breath of fresh air compared to what they’ve used in the past (Microsoft Project anyone?). The two of us wanted to create something that would help those who struggle with getting out of the gate with Asana as well as deliver tips, tricks, and tactics for more seasoned users so that they can get even more out of Asana. We’ve also heard that Asana is great for team task management but not for individual work. It may seem that way from the onset, but Asana is useful for one person operations just as much as it is for very large teams. Do Better With Asana aims to dispel all of the myths that surround Asana, including the myth that Asana just isn’t designed for personal use. Within these pages you’ll learn about the ways you can leverage Asana, no matter what your organizational structure and workflow preferences are. Asana is truly adaptable, and Do Better With Asana will demonstrate just how adaptable it is. Since this guide is delivered electronically, we have the ability to update it to make it more useful. This is key considering that Asana is in active development, with new features being added and other changes being made on an ongoing basis. We will say that we won’t be updating this guide every time an update is made because they happen very often (Asana iterate on the product in “episodes” lasting approximately four months with minor release generally throughout). We just don’t talk the talk in Do Better With Asana; we walk the walk. Both of us are active Asana users. We’ve been using Asana since its release. Jeremy uses Asana with several teams, and Mike uses it to communicate and collaborate with clients and Productivityist team members all over the world. Mike has even paid a visit to the Asana offices to get a closer look at what the team is building there. But it doesn’t stop there with us. This entire program was built using Asana and tools that integrate with Asana. Since we live in opposite regions of the globe, we used Slack for communication in real-time. Asana is linked to Slack so we can track our activity in our Do Better With Asana Workspace. We used Asana to manage this project from its first steps to the creation process and into the launch phase and beyond. We also leveraged Google Drive’s integration with Asana to share the text for each section of the book and grabbed research links using the Google Chrome Extension in order to get the links into Asana. Every conceivable aspect of the Do Better With Asana product began and ended in Asana. So if you’ve been looking to get more out of Asana–whether you have just added it to your productivity toolbox or have been using it for a lengthy period of time—this guide is going to be a valuable resource. We’re passionate about productivity, and we’re passionate about Asana. We wanted to distill those passions into something that will help people just like you power up their productivity and level up their lives as a result. We know Asana can help you do that...and Do Better With Asana will help you do that even better. Table of contents. The Basics. Which Asana is Right for You? Profile Settings. Everyday Use. Home Page - The Green Garmento
                http://site-overview.com/stats/thegreengarmento.com
The Green Garmento™: The Eco-Practical & Stylish Way to Green Your Drycleaning Routine Los Angeles, CA - Now that you’ve done all the reasonable environmentally friendly actions like switching to compact fluorescent light bulbs and incorporating a reusable grocery bag, you’ve learned that “going green” is great, but not always practical to incorporate into your busy, modern life. Even for those “not-so-green” individuals, The Green Garmento™ is an affordable ($9.99 retail) and eco-practical option that not only helps organize, but more importantly eliminates the use of single-use plastic dry cleaning bags. The Green Garmento™ is an eco-friendly 4-in-1 reusable garment bag that helps consumers “green” their drycleaning routine. At home it functions as a space-saving hamper; on the trip to the drycleaner, it becomes a stylish duffel bag; and at pick-up, it transforms into a hanging garment bag to protect cleaned clothes - without a single-use plastic bag in sight! The simple step of switching to The Green Garmento™ will help to reduce the estimated 300 million pounds of single-use plastic drycleaning bags a year that continue to clog our landfills and kill our marine and wildlife. “I loved the idea of an affordable laundry bag that would help me organize my closet and recycle, without much thought,” says Jennie Nigrosh, President and Co-Founder of The Green Garmento. “It solves the dilemma of what-to-do with mountains of drycleaning plastic, allowing consumers to be eco-conscious without having to sacrifice anything.” How It Works: Place all your “to be cleaned” garments in The Green Garmento™. (Use The Green Garmento™ in this state as a hamper or duffle bag for collection.) Turn the bag over to your drycleaners and ask them to return your clothes hung inside. (The cleaner will attach The Green Garmento™ to one of your garments so that it won’t get lost.) At pickup, the clothes will be neatly hung inside The Green Garmento™ (garment bag form). Wide gussets and a side zipper help to keep everything safely in place and allow you to easily access. It is recommended to have 2 Green Garmento’s™ so that you can “swap out” with the drycleaner and repeat the process. Many professional drycleaners have adopted the use of The Green Garmento™ as well. Not only does it meet their desire to be more eco-friendly, it is cost effective and easy to implement. The Green Garmento™ is available in multiple sizes ranging from 40 inch to 72 inch (48” is most popular consumer size) and a variety of colors including: Black Night, Blue Water, and Green Grass, Burgundy Bliss, Orange Sunshine and Red Buttons. (Retail - $9.99.) To purchase your Green Garmento as well as a listing of authorized dry cleaners that currently utilize The Green Garmento™, please visit www.thegreengarmento.com.

                PART TIME PROPRIETOR |
                http://site-overview.com/stats/parttimeproprietor.com
I love to read books and learn new techniques and skills along with more about myself. It's a way for us to grow not only as individuals but as business owners and entrepreneurs. There a ton of "self-help" books out there. Rarely, do they ever make sense nor are what they teach very realistic or practical to use. Recently I read a book that was a suggestion from an email newsletter I subscribe to from Pat Flynn. I have found Pat Flynn, who recommended this book, to be authentic, real and trustworthy. I decided to take a look at it and read it from start to finish within a week. The book is insightful, practical, and was an eye opener for me personally and professionally. The author is Gary Keller with Jay Papasan both who are popular online business people, I am guessing. The book takes you through the myths of multitasking and provides a great method for finding your ultimate purpose. It made me really reflect on what my ultimate purpose is in this life. Then it helps you narrow down, and narrow down, and narrow down to help you get to the actual task or activity that can help you towards your bigger purpose. The information applies to all facets of your life whether it is health, business, spiritual, personal or anything else. The main question asked throughout the book was, "What is the ONE Thing I can do today that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?" The word phrase that really stuck out to me was "I CAN DO". Not what should I do, not what could I do. I find myself asking the question everyday but not before I defined my ultimate purpose. Want to know what I came up with? My Lifelong Purpose Statement "My purpose in the next five years is to be free of financial burdens that limit my ability to help myself, my family, other people, and my community. When I am free of those financial burdens, my purpose is to become wealthy enough to achieve my personal goals for my family, other people, and my community for the rest of my life and beyond. Leave a legacy for my family, other people, and my community." I know that is really broad and sort of vague but when I went through the process outlined in the book I could really narrow it down to the one task I can do at this moment that will move me toward that goal. Pretty cool, I think. The book is affordable, not costing more than any other book you would normally buy and you can purchase other companion pieces to go with it. I just enjoyed the book and got a lot out it, so I didn't find it necessary to purchase the other pieces. But you might decide you need more and that's okay. Disclosure: The photos for the book products below are Affiliate Links when you click on them and buy the product I get a small commission at no extra cost to you. Your support is very appreciated. And this my friends is one more thing I can do to help move toward my purpose. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did. Want to find out more about affiliate marketing, developing an online business or just creating an online presence check out Wealthy Affiliate (also an affiliate link) which I also use and am extremely happy with the support, training, and ease of use it provides. You can actually get answers . . . from real people . . . just like me and you. In Business With You, Nancy

As you view my images you’ll find out a lot about me. For instance, I see natural landscapes and the creatures that call them home as being at the same time grand works of art and also places for renewal, connection and education. It’s probably also apparent that I love to travel. The world is a big, beautiful and fascinating place, and my travel images aim to show it in all its glory. Photographing people and their cultures is one big reason I travel, and I hope my images tell you something about what makes all of us unique, along with all that we share. In short, despite all my photographs of nature and landscape, I am also a photographer of people, especially in those candid moments: with family or friends, with their pets, or simply alone. I’m very serious about photography as art, as a way to communicate what is more difficult (even impossible) to say with words. I don't tend to shoot popular subjects or incorporate trendy looks into my images. My influences from without are as numerous and varied as the whole world is. Influences from within include my past careers as an earth scientist and also a teacher. Both continue to inform my photography. For example my landscape images often highlight aspects of the region’s geologic history. My strong affinity for nature and animals of all kinds is a major influence as well. Global travel has given me a keen awareness of human impacts on the environment. We are forever connected after all - to the earth which gives us everything, and to each other. I am an avid blogger, and my newer images turn up there with interesting back-stories or in an educational context. Please click on the blog button to see what is current. Ongoing projects focus on landscapes and cultural history of the American Southwest and Intermountain West. I am exploring effects of ongoing climatic, economic and cultural changes taking place in the west as a whole. Please click the contact button if you have any questions, and thanks so much for your visit!

Here are some of the free tips that will help you when answering Job Interview Questions. You should understand the employer, the requirements of the job, and the background of the person (or people) interviewing you. The more research you conduct, the more you'll understand the employer, and the better you'll be able to answer interview questions Plan out a wardrobe that fits the organization and its culture, striving for the most professional appearance you can accomplish. Remember that it's always better to be overdressed than under -- and to wear clothing that fits and is clean and pressed. Keep accessories and jewelry to a minimum. Try not to smoke or eat right before the interview -- and if possible, brush your teeth or use mouthwash There is no excuse for ever arriving late for an interview -- other than some sort of disaster. Strive to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled interview to complete additional paperwork and allow yourself time to get settled. Arriving a bit early is also a chance to observe the dynamics of the workplace. Finally, as you get to the offices, shut off your cell phone. (And if you were chewing gum, get rid of it.) Once the interview starts, the key to success is the quality and delivery of your responses. Your goal should always be authenticity, responding truthfully to interview questions. At the same time, your goal is to get to the next step, so you'll want to provide focused responses that showcase your skills, experience, and fit -- with the job and the employer. Provide solid examples of solutions and accomplishments -- but keep your responses short and to the point. Finally, no matter how much an interviewer might bait you, never badmouth a previous employer, boss, or co- worker. The interview is about you -- and making your case that you are the ideal candidate for the job SALARY TIPS Even though you may have gone through a phone screening that involved answering questions about salary, the subject may come again as the interviewer becomes more interested in hiring you. At this point the interviewer wants to know whether they can "afford you." This is a very tricky part of the interview and could even break your chances of getting the job. Tread lightly and protect your information is the rule. Q. "What are Your Salary Expectations?" A. "I really need more information about the job before we start to discuss salary. I'd like to postpone that discussion until later. Maybe you could tell me what is budgeted for the position, and how your commission structure works."(This is the best answer). Q. "What Do You Expect in the Way of Salary?" A."Before I answer that question I'd like to ask what you typically pay someone with my experience and education in this type of position?" (Good Answer) A#2 – I'm sure when the time comes and I know more about the facts of the position and how it fits into the bigger picture, we can come to a mutually agreeable figure." (Good answer) A#3 - "I really need more information about the position before I can begin to discuss salary. Can you tell me the range budgeted for this position?" (Good answer). Q. "What Salary Are You/Were You Making at Your Last Job?" A. #1 – "It would be very difficult for me to compare my last salary with this position for various reasons, primarily because I don't have enough information about your whole package. I'm sure we can discuss this subject and your entire package before an offer is made." (Good answer) A#2 – "That would be like comparing two jobs that are entirely different in responsibilities and in the base and bonus structure. I would be more interested in hearing what the package you offer is, before I compare the two jobs." I hope we can postpone this subject until we both have more information to discuss salary and benefit.
