ポリマーコーティングは塗装の保護と最終仕上げの美しを演出します、ポリッシュ（磨き）や研磨はダメージの処理とポリマーコーティング工程の下地処理です。ポリマーコーティングは塗装と同じ化学結合であり多くの種類がありますPCSはポリマーコーティングをいかに定着させるか、又、何年持つではなく何年も持続させていくことを目的とし外的環境によるダメージに応じた処理方法とPCS独自のメンテナンス技術や知識を持ったコーティング屋さんです！ オリジナルの塗装状態が一番耐久性があります、数日もかけ傷一つ無い究極の磨きは車で言う「チューニング」です当然、滑らか(研磨するとそうなってしまうのです）な激艶になるのですが削りすぎると艶や塗膜の耐久性も落ちてしまいますし野外保管で状態を維持するには高いメンテナンスリスクを負うことになります。E/Gの状態を維持するためにするオイル交換と同じようにコーティングは塗装のダメージを軽減するアイテムです。万能薬では有りませんが特性に合わせた正しいケア方法で綺麗な状態を維持していけるのです。ペーパー等を使用し傷一つ無くする（塗り肌もなくなります）という無理な磨きは長く綺麗な状態を維持したい方にはお勧めはしていません。 傷だらけで艶なしの状態から磨きで「ツルピカ」に再現！というのが凄いと思われがちですが、PCSは新車から「傷だらけ艶なし」にしないシステムなのです。ダメージ等も一時的な復元にしない様にその後も愛車を維持させる「かかりつけ」としてお付き合いできる塗装の専門医でありたいのです。 PCSは2005年、更に進化したDPA（ドット・ポイント・アクション）技術を開発し2006年春には結晶ダイヤモンド研磨剤μ２（ミュー2）を開発しました。最新水性塗装を始めベンツナノクリヤ硬質塗装などを選ばず最小の研磨で肌調整することが出来ます、その技術は業界の改革となる事を確信します。 PCSは1998年よりシングルのバフ目を消しバフ目を出さず必要以上に塗膜を減らすことなく塗装本来の艶を何年でも維持させて来ました。新しいDPA技術は今まで以上の高度な処理と艶を車を愛する皆様にご提案できるシステムと考えております。 ようこそ「PCS」のホームページへ ここでは今までのポリマーコーティングの考え方である、艶がなくなったら塗装を削ってきれいにして、又,艶が無くなったら削る、を繰り返すという施工方法に疑問を感じなぜ削るのか、なぜ削らなければならないのか、メーカー工場で塗装されラインオフされた新車は曇りもなく無傷ではなかったのではないのでしょうか、ユーザーに届いた時本当に新車ラインオフの輝きを維持しているのか？、又、なぜ新車は中古車より綺麗なのか？、どうしたらそれを維持できるのかを考え、美しさを求めるユーザーの方々に知っていただきたいのです。 年数が経ち塗膜が白く風化したり艶がない状態を見たことがあると思います、削り磨くことで劣化膜を落として綺麗になったとしてもベースである塗料の材質は変わりませんから、又、白く風化してしまいますそうなれば又、削るのですか？塗膜は限りあるものではないでしょうか、新車の生きた塗膜状態のコンディションを維持していけば削らなくては綺麗にならないという最悪なダメージ処理は必要なくなってきます、削っていっても対象の塗装が持つ材質以上にはできませんがコーティングは塗装に対しプラス効果を与え材質以上にすることもできます。正しい知識で施工を行い最良のメンテナンスを続けることで美しい状態の塗装を何年でも維持でき時間と浪費をしないように提案します。 「今まで、キズを見えなくするにはキズの深さまで削るか塗装するしかありませんでした。」が、削るということはキズをキズで消すと言うことであり塗装したような無傷ではなく、削り過ぎるほど綺麗になるように見えても塗膜は粗くなりそして弱くなります。　キズ、汚れが付きにくくし、劣化しにくい、そんな事ができるコーティングの科学があってもいいと思っています。又、当社が開発した液剤とクロス技法によりコーティング塗膜の再生保護するという考えとそれを確実に定着させ転換再生していく技術ができた事で美しさの維持ができるようになりました。 プロテクトとは守る、保護していくと言う意味を踏まえ会社名としました。インターネットという発言の自由という場が出来たことで私の考え方に賛同していただける方々が多く増えて頂けたらとの思いでPCSのホームページを作っていきます。
