Project implementation is conducted by zone as to monitor the progress of work more efficiently and organized. The project is required to complete the network of village roads which were raised by assemblyman (ADUN), leaders, village heads and bodies that represent the population. This project will open up business opportunities and subsequently offering more job opportunities to the local community. Rural Reconstruction Foundation is the acronym of RRF. It is a non-governmental, non-profitable, non-political and non-sectarian voluntary development organization which was established on March 20, 1982 aiming at promotion of socio-economic emancipation of the under privileged in the south western part of the country in Bangladesh. It was founded by Mr. Philip Biswas and Mrs. Rita P. Biswas of Jessore.
