ALANTE Real Estate
http://site-overview.com/stats/alanterealestate.com
We’re a small boutique brokerage with a big heart. We created Alante to fill a void. One defined by service not by sales. Our name is taken from the words and sentiments our founder heard as a child growing up in coastal Spain each time someone knocked on her parents door. It means welcome. Come in. Move forward. These embody the spirit of our work. We love our community. Clean air. Four Seasons. Celtics. Red Sox. Patriots. Lobster. Cape Cod. The coast. Boston on New Years Eve. Family. friends. A big meal cooked at home. A romantic kiss in public. Doing the unexpected. Having the unexpected done to you. Fairness. Our kids in a school play. A dozen roses.. Oysters and beer. Long walks on the beach. These are things that define us. We are good listeners. We are doers. We believe mind, body and spirit should be in harmony. We don’t use business speak. Especially terms commonly used in real estate. Like sales. Leads. Production. They demean clients. We are truthful. We won’t say things we know you want to hear just to make you happy. We prefer to make you happy by saying the things we believe you need to hear in order to help you make the best decision possible. We hand pick our agents. Qualifications and experience is very important. In tandem with kindness. Passion. A positive attitude. And a healthy desire to grow beyond their comfort zone. We don’t view a cup as half full or half empty. We believe a cup isn’t worth describing until it has a few shots of really good espresso added to it. We love our profession. We all chose to do this as our career because helping people who are about to journey in life do so with as much clarity and ease as possible is deeply woven into our DNA. We’re Alante. Welcome.

Better Health Wealth Networking | Changing the Health & Wealth of Generations While Leaving a Legacy
http://site-overview.com/stats/betterhealthwealth.net
Title Achievements Led by Brent Burnett, Synergy's Newest Pearl Executive Last November, as the holiday season began, Synergy Team Member Brent Burnett was passionately working with his team to reach new business milestones. Now, not only has he achieved the rank of Pearl Executive, he has set up a foundation for even greater success with Synergy in the future. An avid runner, Brent compares his business building to the preparation and strategy that a distance runner would use during a race: "You have to learn how to balance yourself during a race," said Burnett. "You have to know when to push and when to dial it back. Last year , we saw the opportunity to reach and decided to make that push." Hitting Pearl is definitely a commendable achievement for Brent, but not one that he could have accomplished alone. Joining him in the journey for greatness are two other Team Members who made pushes of their own to reach new titles before the end of the year. NEW TEAM DIRECTORS William Ackley and Richard Carl, friends of Brent and members of his organization, were taught what would be required in order for their businesses to grow. They met with Brent, set goals, and organized a plan to each achieve the Team Director title in conjunction with Brent's advancement. It was teamwork at its finest. As they worked to see their plans come to fruition, William and Richard committed to create positive habits that could be duplicated. "They would always go out and do the simple things that I told them to do," said Burnett. "Then we would talk again and they would bring up questions, and we would build from there." Today, Brent Burnett leads his team as a Pearl Executive, and with new milestones in sight. He has two very dedicated and passionate Team Directors by his side, looking to achieve further success in their own businesses. The future is looking bright, but all three are aware that building on success takes dedication and patience. "Obviously, these sort of accolades don't happen overnight," said Burnett. "It's something that you have to be willing to build and work toward." POSITIVITY FOR A GROWING TEAM Brent has a goal to maintain a positive attitude as he builds. He believes this is how a successful team will be built. He hopes to create a climate in which people will want to work hard. "We want to help people find the right culture where they can be successful," said Brent. "We've been really impressed by our leaders around the world and we hope to create an environment that will encourage people to discover their true potential." As Brent continues to build a positive team in 2018, we congratulate him, along with William Ackley and Richard Carl, for their accomplishments so far. As they continue to generate momentum, we look forward to seeing how they will grow this year and beyond!

Ami Strachan Photography
http://site-overview.com/stats/icandidyou.com
Street Photography is about how you capture what’s around you, how confident you are as a person, how you handle peoples reactions when or after you take their photo. I know it seems scary but just go for it, but not everybody feels confident in public with a camera and taking pictures of people, you need basic knowledge, it’s like laying a foundation before we build a house, it's what makes it strong. Street Photography is not everyone's cup of tea, best to do it for yourself, fill your curiosity. You don’t have to be a serious Street Photographer, as long this genre makes you get up and get out, that’s great. I believe we only gain something from focussing on what we do and keep on trying. I never stop learning when doing Street, everything about it fascinates me, from the people, shadows, shapes, to en empty road. Since I started Street photography, I never get bored. I do Street everywhere, weekends, during holidays, days out with friends, in good weather or bad weather, in broad daylight or at night. The Street is available to everyone who’s willing to do it, 24/7. I started my workshops early in 2017, it’s my great pleasure to introduce Street Photography to others and keep motivating them afterwards. I am always pleased to discover that many of my workshop attendees actually have the skills and understanding but need advice and demonstrations to begin with. I regularly see my workshop attendees doing well after workshops, they start “seeing things” which is the hardest part in Street photography. They gain the confidence to go out and the most important thing is they enjoy it, they feel that Street Photography gives them something to look forward, to go outside and practice. I think that’s wonderful. During the workshops I demonstrate my skills by showing some of my images that I have taken over many years, I point out good subjects that I spot on the Street and give them the explanation and of course I make sure my attendees doing a lot of practising to gain their confidence. My advice to beginners is: Go out, make lots of mistakes and importantly, enjoy it!

The best thing is that it gives you an excuse to eat all kinds of pizza and you don't even have to justify it...you're experimenting! All pizza lovers totally understand this, and this is why researching online is so great. Are you looking for a Good Pizzeria? Pizza is something that makes us all come together. But how to find pizza delivery near me and order a good pizza? Whether we are all looking at the same brand of pizza, or simply a greasy, cheesy taste that makes us all want to come back for more, pizza is definitely a unifying thing. If you are looking at how to make your way to the best places in terms of a good taste and meeting fellow pizza lovers, you aren't alone. If you are looking for Pizza Places Near you, here are some tips on how to find a great pizzeria in the US. 1. Pick one with a type of crust your like This may seem really specific, but it's really important to think about. You need to make sure that you are going for a pizzeria in a pizza places around me that is going to give you the crust that you are looking for. Think about it this way. If you pick a place that serves mostly thin crust pizza – which you happen to hate – there is a less likely chance that you are going to enjoy the pizza you get, even if it is the best in terms of its toppings. So, despite what you may be thinking, it is definitely important to think about. This kind of information should be available online for you to take a look at, be it the menu offered by the place itself, or through the information that you've found through pizza reviewers out there that want to help you out with a great find. If you are someone who loves all kinds of crust, you don't need to worry about this. 2. New to the pizza world? Go classic It may be hard to imagine, but there are some of us who are totally new to the world of pizza and all of its fantastic things. This is due to all sorts of reasons. So, it can be hard to figure out where you want to start in terms go learning what your tastes are. After all, there are definitely a lot of options to choose from if you find pizza places around you. So, it's best to go with the basic and start out with the classic tastes offered in various restaurants . There you'll get an average taste so that you can focus on how everything blends together, and then you can make it more wild as you start to play around with toppings and kinds of crust. You'll, essentially learn how to build your own kind of pizza just the way that you like it, so you'll then be able to step out into the world and start to search for your own pizza in the various options around and figure out what the perfect combination is for you. 3. Ask your friends and family what they think are the best But where is the best pizza near me? Online recommendations are great and all, but sometimes your family and friends will be able to tell you what the best option is for you. This is partially because they know what you like, and also because they won't be afraid to tell you when something isn't totally great. Online reviews are always subject to being skewed due to financial compensation or some other thing such as that. The true reviews that are going to give you honest feedback are those from loved ones. Consider that when are choosing your final places to visit. 4. But where are pizza places near me ? Don't be afraid to ask around for similar places when you go If you head to a place that is pretty casual and has okay, but not great, pizza, ask around with the fellow clients to see if they can recommend anyone with a similar taste. Don't be afraid to tell them why, just make sure that you are always respectful of the establishment that you are visiting and maybe they'll even offer to change their services to keep you there, you never know. Remember that the pizzeria you are at wants to keep you, so if they are not giving you what you are looking for, they want to know that at some level. 5. Explore a little Go out and try different flavours and explore the world of pizza. It is a fun one that can give you all sorts of great adventure, so go on and see for yourself if you can understand why you like the things that you do. You may even find a new favourite flavour along the way if you do it often enough. Expanding your horizons when it comes to pizza is always a good thing, and you certainly can't go wrong with it, that's for sure! 6. These tips should help you get started on the right path to finding the best pizza you've ever had in your life. But How to find pizza delivery near me now and order your pizza online? Remember to ask opinions, live boldly, try something different, and don't stop until you find that perfect slice of pizza that is going to introduce you to the world of gourmet food. 7. Whether your favourite is from a truck pizzeria in New York City, from a fine wine and dine place in the middle of Seattle, or from a famous pizzeria in Chicago it is important. Do Better With Asana - Your Guide To Doing Great Things With Asana
http://site-overview.com/stats/dobetterwithasana.com
Discover the Second Edition of the best-seller by Mike Vardy & Jeremy Roberts, now based on the re-branded version of Asana thanks to Bastien Siebman! Two great offers. $19 for the PDF of Do Better With Asana. $25 for the PDF of Do Better with Asana + 11 amazing Premium templates for free from the All-in-One Bundle from Templana (links on the last page). Introduction. This book is the culmination of months of communication and collaboration and combined years of productivity specialization. Words traveled from the Northern Hemisphere to the Southern Hemisphere and back countless times, and what you’re reading right now is the end result. But the real question is, why did we come together to work on this project? Because we love what Asana has allowed us to do over the years, and we want to share how you can get the most out of it—right from the time you use it. One of the things we’ve heard about Asana on our websites and through various conversations we have online is that it can be too complex. For some, that will be true. For others, Asana will seem like a breath of fresh air compared to what they’ve used in the past (Microsoft Project anyone?). The two of us wanted to create something that would help those who struggle with getting out of the gate with Asana as well as deliver tips, tricks, and tactics for more seasoned users so that they can get even more out of Asana. We’ve also heard that Asana is great for team task management but not for individual work. It may seem that way from the onset, but Asana is useful for one person operations just as much as it is for very large teams. Do Better With Asana aims to dispel all of the myths that surround Asana, including the myth that Asana just isn’t designed for personal use. Within these pages you’ll learn about the ways you can leverage Asana, no matter what your organizational structure and workflow preferences are. Asana is truly adaptable, and Do Better With Asana will demonstrate just how adaptable it is. Since this guide is delivered electronically, we have the ability to update it to make it more useful. This is key considering that Asana is in active development, with new features being added and other changes being made on an ongoing basis. We will say that we won’t be updating this guide every time an update is made because they happen very often (Asana iterate on the product in “episodes” lasting approximately four months with minor release generally throughout). We just don’t talk the talk in Do Better With Asana; we walk the walk. Both of us are active Asana users. We’ve been using Asana since its release. Jeremy uses Asana with several teams, and Mike uses it to communicate and collaborate with clients and Productivityist team members all over the world. Mike has even paid a visit to the Asana offices to get a closer look at what the team is building there. But it doesn’t stop there with us. This entire program was built using Asana and tools that integrate with Asana. Since we live in opposite regions of the globe, we used Slack for communication in real-time. Asana is linked to Slack so we can track our activity in our Do Better With Asana Workspace. We used Asana to manage this project from its first steps to the creation process and into the launch phase and beyond. We also leveraged Google Drive’s integration with Asana to share the text for each section of the book and grabbed research links using the Google Chrome Extension in order to get the links into Asana. Every conceivable aspect of the Do Better With Asana product began and ended in Asana. So if you’ve been looking to get more out of Asana–whether you have just added it to your productivity toolbox or have been using it for a lengthy period of time—this guide is going to be a valuable resource. We’re passionate about productivity, and we’re passionate about Asana. We wanted to distill those passions into something that will help people just like you power up their productivity and level up their lives as a result. We know Asana can help you do that...and Do Better With Asana will help you do that even better. Table of contents. The Basics. Which Asana is Right for You? Profile Settings. Everyday Use. Workspaces. My Tasks. Accessibility and Adoption. Tasks, Sub Tasks, Projects and Views. Collaboration. Asana Inbox. Common Use Cases and Scenarios. Calendar. Personal Projects. Brainstorming. Fangs and Fur Fantasy Book Review | Where Reading Fantasy is a Family Affair
http://site-overview.com/stats/fangsandfurbooks.com
Title: Fate of the Tearling Author: Erika Johansen Publisher: Harper Date Published: November 29, 2016 Where I got the book: ARC won in a Goodreads giveaway *this is no way affects my review* Where You Can Get Book: AMAZON Synopsis from Goodreads: In less than a year, Kelsea Glynn has grown from an awkward teenager into a powerful monarch and a visionary leader. And as she has come into her own as the Queen of the Tearling, she has transformed her realm. But in her quest to end corruption and restore justice, she has made many enemies - chief among them the evil and feared Red Queen, who ordered the armies of Mortmesne to march against the Tear and crush them. To protect her people from such a devastating invasion, Kelsea did the unthinkable - naming the Mace, the trusted head of her personal guards, Regent in her place, she surrendered herself and her magical sapphires to her enemy. But the Mace will not rest until he and his men rescue their sovereign from her prison in Mortmesne. So, the endgame has begun and the fate of Queen Kelsea - and the Tearling itself - will be revealed... With The Fate of the Tearling, Erika Johansen draws her unforgettable story full of magic and adventure to a thrilling close. I really enjoyed the first two books of The Queen of the Tearling Trilogy and the way they married the feel of an epic fantasy novel with dystopian elements. I love Kelsea Raleigh--the way she's portrayed and her believable growth from altruistic young woman to someone who's willing to put aside their morals to do what needs to be done. There's a progressively dark feeling to these novels. I still love the setting. We remain in the world Johansen built, but its beginnings are fully fleshed out in The Fate of the Tearling. We get to see how their society used to be run and where everything went wrong. Seeing more of Mortmesne was particularly interesting. I have always enjoyed Johansen's ability to give you something you have a preconceived notion of and then tear it out from under you. She frequently makes you think of things in a new way, and the Mortmesne plot lines are a good example of that. I wasn't a fan of The Fate of the Tearling's storyline, however.. I liked where the story was heading when the second book ended but found myself frequently upset about how she navigated the plot in this book. I thought the Red Queen's redemption arc was completely off the wall. It felt so out of character for the villain we had come to know. I felt that they broke her, in a sense. She came off weak. I enjoyed learning more about Row. I liked that he was given a face and backstory, but the confrontation with him felt highly unsatisfying. I felt the narrative had difficulty carrying the multiple points of view from so many different characters. I found myself missing the rapport and witty banter between Kelsea and her guards. It took away a big part of what I enjoyed in previous books. I also felt there was too much of the dystopian element in this book. I liked getting answers and seeing a more complete history of the world, but I had such a hard time keeping track of everything that it was hard to enjoy the story. There were just too many varying points of view, and it made the narrative feel inconsistent. Another thing I disliked were the new developments in Kelsea and Pen's relationship. Although I don't require romance to enjoy a story, it's a big draw for me. I had liked where their relationship was heading, and the events of this book were frustrating with regards to them. The Fate of the Tearling left me wishing she had written a prequel instead, so I could have fully immersed myself in the characters and storylines I had come to love throughout the series. I detested the ending. It felt as though she took everything she had spent three entire books building and blew it all apart. I like that she had the courage to go in that direction but the narrative turn seemed weak. It felt like a cop out and I found myself a little confused, wondering what precisely had happened. I wish the series had ended with a little more hope. Perhaps that isn't realistic, but I don't really read fiction for realism. All in all, I did enjoy the book and it was largely well written. I just wish that the narrative had been more consistent, that more page time could have been dedicated to the storylines and characters of the present, and that the ending had been more satisfying.

We want church as diverse as our world. And because everyone knows each other, each person can be cared for and included. Whoever you are, there’s a place for you in Three Crosses!
