Yoga Floats offers standup paddlbeboard (SUP) yoga classes floating on the clear blue Hawaiian waters at Ala Moana Beach in Honolulu. Taking yoga from the studio to the water allows us to experience our asana practice (yoga poses) in new ways. The gentle rock of the water challenges our sense of balance and can make some of the most simple postures challenging.
