You have no right to access our WHOIS database via high capacity and automated processing programs, unless for the need of rational and necessary domain name registrations and updates. The WHOIS database provided by CONAC assists you to obtain information about domain name registration records, and is only for your reference. CONAC does not guarantee the accuracy, sufficiency and integrity of the data, and is not liable for of errors, omissions, defects, delay or interruption of the data. CONAC will not take any action to modify any of above data, and is not responsible for any compensation caused by using the data. Once a query is submitted, it means you use the data only for legitimate purposes in any circumstances. You agree NOT to use the data for the purposes of: (1) spreading unsolicited emails, calls and faxes for marketing; or (2) allowing high capacity and automated processing programs to run in any computer systems of CONAC. Any compilation, repackaging, spreading and other use of the data shall have the prior written consent from CONAC.You agree not to copy, modify, reformat, rebuild, reconstitute, transfer, redistribute or use of the WHOIS data and information in all circumstances without CONAC’s written consent.
