دسرحدونو اوقبایلوچارو وزارت دهېواد یوله هغو کلیدي اومهمووزارتونو څخه شمیرل کیږي چې دملي یووالي اوملي واکمنۍ دټینګښت ، دهېواد دسیاسي حدودو دسلامتیا ، دسرحدي پولو دساتلو او د ډیورند فرضي کرښې ترڅیرمه د پرتو میشتو اوسیدوونکو دټولنیزو، اقتصادي اوفرهنګي کچې د لوړتیا لپاره ځانګړې اومهمې دندې پرمخ وړي.اوهمدارنګه دمرکزي او ولایتي ادارو په درلودلوسره په هرډول سیاسي حالاتوکې دسرحدي پولو دساتلو او دډیورند فرضي کرښې ترڅیرمه قبایلو سره دودیزې ، فرهنګي ، ټولنیزی، سنتي، دیني اوسیاسي اړیکې ټینګې ساتي چې دمرکزي او دویمو واحدونو سره دهمغږۍ په رامنځ ته کولوسره ېې دسرحدونو ساتل ددغه وزارت دمهمو دندو او مسوولیتونو دهدف په لوریو اساسي جزدی چې دشتومالي امکاناتو څخه په ګټې اخستنې په ځانګړو حالاتو کې د سرحدي ستونزو داوارولوپه اړه دقومي مشرانو ُ دیني عالمانو مخورو اوسپین ږیرو سره سلا مشورې کیږی. اوپه دی برخه کې توانیدلی یوچې دورونو قومونو دملاتړ په جلبولو سره د دولت وګړنیزی ستنې او ددولت ملي حاکمیت پیاوړی او ټینګښت ومومي. دغه وزارت دځانګړي ارزښت له کبله اوږد تاریخ لري چې تاریخچه یې په لاندې ډول ده. په 1300 هجري شمسی کال کې چې د1921 میلادي کال سره سمون لري دامیرامان الله خان غازي دواکمنۍ پرمهال دعظمی صدارت دقلم مخصوص په چوکاټ کې یوه ځانګړې شعبه جوړه شوه چې قبایلی اوسرحدي چاری به یې پرمخ وړلې. چې دې ته ورته شعبه دامیرشیرعلي خان او امیرعبدالرحمن په وخت کې هم شتون درلود. دغه شعبه په 1311 لمریز کال چې د1932 میلادی سره خوري دسردارمحمد هاشم خان دصدارت په دوره کې دعظمی صدارت په چوکات کې مستقل عمومي مدیریت ته لوړ کړای شو.

دراین برهه ای از زمان طرح و تطبیق اصلاحات قضایی که به منظور بهبود کیفی نظام وسرعت عمل در اجراآت آن براه انداخته شده از اقدامات مهمی محسوب می گردند .در ادامه وتحقق این پلان پس از استعانت الهی اتکاء ما به منسوبین قضایی است. ما به طرز لباس کسی علاقه ای نداریم، علاقه ما به قلب، احساس، اخلاص و وفاداری منسوبین قضاء است ما با یک ملت مظلوم و بیچاره ولی مومن، متعهد و متوکل مواجهیم که سرنوشت شان را از مقدورات الهی می دانند واز کسی شکوه ای ندارند ولی صرف عدالت میخواهند و داد خواهی، نه سرگردانی که تحقق خواست آنان فقط به رهنمایی درست و سلوک نیک مجریان امور وابسته است ما متعهد هستیم تا نفس اماره را کنار گذاشته در ایفای امور از نفس مطمئنه کار بگیریم وحرکات ما درچوکات قانون ومقررات توأم با صداقت و ایمان داری باشد. از ظلم بپرهیزیم زیرا بر اساس نصوص قرآن و احادیث نبوی وقتی ما عدالت نمی کنیم و یا حق را باطل و به حقدار آن نمی سپاریم بدین معنی است که ظلم می کنیم. ما باید به داد مظلوم برسیم، اشکهای آنان را بزداییم و برزخم های شان التیام گزاریم و بدینوسیله رسالت قضایی را به نحو درست ومطلوب آن دنبال نمائیم.

دورنماي ما ايجاد يك شبكه مصون ،موثر و كاراي سرك در افغانستان كه شامل شاهراه هاي منطقوي ، شاراه هاي ملي ، و سرك هاي لايتي به شمول پل ها بوده و يك بخش خيلي عمده سيستم ترانسپورتي را براي مردم نجيب افغانستان تشكيل ميدهد،ميباشد.
