Olivia is popular name from mid century till now. Its the name first universalized by Shakespeare's in his book called "Twelfth Night (Hunter, 2016)."  Since the salon is eco-friendly and based on organic products, it's a perfect fit for the salon's name.  The logo of the salon is for the brand distinctiveness.
