Websites using but you only see it! as a keyword

Hi Everyone. Barry here. Since the days of going on those long tours are coming to a close, I thought this might be a good time to remind you all about ManilowTV. I think many of you know that ever since I started performing I have hit the “record” button; be it audio or video. Recordings of every show I’ve ever done are in a big vault. (Right next to my baby shoes and the Copacabana jacket!). All of these recordings were meant only for reference and archival purposes. I would look at the shows each night after a concert, make notes, and give them to the staff so that we could tighten the show or change things. But watching them brings back so many great memories! I know you will enjoy seeing them. That’s what ManilowTV is all about. Each month for the past seven years, Marc and I have looked through hundreds of video tapes and DVD’s and picked a performance that we think you would enjoy and have shown it on ManilowTV. So far, there are 90 different shows. Even though the shows were recorded on one camera and the video and audio is not professional network quality, I think they are very exciting. I think you will too. We post a new concert every month. These shows bring back such great memories. Big laughs, some tears and such talent! Lady Flash! Big bands, small bands, choirs! England! Street Photography is about how you capture what’s around you, how confident you are as a person, how you handle peoples reactions when or after you take their photo. I know it seems scary but just go for it, but not everybody feels confident in public with a camera and taking pictures of people, you need basic knowledge, it’s like laying a foundation before we build a house, it's what makes it strong. Street Photography is not everyone's cup of tea, best to do it for yourself, fill your curiosity. You don’t have to be a serious Street Photographer, as long this genre makes you get up and get out, that’s great. I believe we only gain something from focussing on what we do and keep on trying. I never stop learning when doing Street, everything about it fascinates me, from the people, shadows, shapes, to en empty road. Since I started Street photography, I never get bored. I do Street everywhere, weekends, during holidays, days out with friends, in good weather or bad weather, in broad daylight or at night. The Street is available to everyone who’s willing to do it, 24/7. I started my workshops early in 2017, it’s my great pleasure to introduce Street Photography to others and keep motivating them afterwards. I am always pleased to discover that many of my workshop attendees actually have the skills and understanding but need advice and demonstrations to begin with. I regularly see my workshop attendees doing well after workshops, they start “seeing things” which is the hardest part in Street photography. They gain the confidence to go out and the most important thing is they enjoy it, they feel that Street Photography gives them something to look forward, to go outside and practice. I think that’s wonderful. During the workshops I demonstrate my skills by showing some of my images that I have taken over many years, I point out good subjects that I spot on the Street and give them the explanation and of course I make sure my attendees doing a lot of practising to gain their confidence. My advice to beginners is: Go out, make lots of mistakes and importantly, enjoy it!

Drones from the Chinese company DJI seem to have all of the above, except the rockets, which is why they've been dominating the market for some time now. Their Mavic Pro is somewhat of a standard-setter for consumer drones, the Phantom 4 Pro challenges other companies to up their specifications game, and the Spark satisfies the needs of mobile users who want a portable drone. So, what is it that the DJI Mavic Air hopes to accomplish that the company hasn't already done? Look past the small size and you'll see impressive innards We've got plenty of praise for DJI drones here, but they're not all perfect. The Phantom Pro brings power, but at a prohibitive cost for some – this refers to both the price, which can go up to $1800, and the massive size. In contrast, the Spark's tradeoff in size and relative cheapness leaves some users wanting more range, flight time and a better camera. This left the Mavic Pro as the company's flagship model for all-purpose use. The Mavic Air clearly wants to overtake this spot, and it has everything needed to do so. The 6.2 x 2.7 x 2.7 inch size and 0.95 lb weight place it right between the Spark and the Mavic Pro. While the latter was already seen as a reasonably-sized drone, the Mavic Air is going to give users who need portability exactly that. Although the Spark gave up a lot of its recording power to shrink (with only a 2.1 MP, 30-FPS 1080p camera), the DJI Mavic Air makes no such sacrifices. Its ability to capture at 8.8 megapixels and 4K resolution places it right beside the Mavic Pro and the Phantom 4 Pro, and the camera's 1080p frame rate actually beats the Mavic Pro's by a significant margin (120 to 96 FPS). This brings a somewhat awkward question: where does the newest model leave the Mavic Pro? Yes, it has a range of 7000 meters compared to the Mavic Air's 4000, and much has been said about this. But how far are hobbyists really flying these drones? The truth is that most users won't find the extra range noteworthy, which doesn't make it much of a competition considering the Mavic Air's superior specs and $200 lower price. How does the DJI Mavic Air fare against its rivals? As noted, the Mavic Air has already beaten one of its major competitors, the Mavic Pro. This leaves the Parrot Bebop 2 and the Xiro Xplorer V as the drone's main competition outside the company. Bebop 2 and its kits remain a popular alternative to DJI and have no doubt taken their market share. One of the main perks is the price, which starts at $550 for the Bebop 2 versus $800 for the Mavic Air. However, many Parrot users find themselves needing to upgrade their drone with the FPV pack, which brings the cost to the Mavic Air's range. Once there, it's really not much of a contest – the Bebop 2's 1080p recording limitation makes the Mavic Air worth the extra money in almost every scenario, and its inability to avoid obstacles doesn't help its case. The Xiro Xplorer V's strongest point is its design. The thing looks straight out of a black budget project whereas most drones look clunky and tame by comparison. Although its camera options are similar to the Parrot Bebop 2 and therefore significantly lesser than the Mavic Air's, its looks and the $300 entry price tag will continue to make this an extremely popular acquisition for novice drone enthusiasts, albeit not with more serious users. The reviewers are in agreement: this is the drone to look out for Early reviews of the drone, including showcases of its tremendous camera, are pretty much what you would expect. TrustedReviews thinks this drone has what it takes to topple last year's best-buy, the DJI Mavic Pro, while Techradar calls it "the pocketable 4K drone you want in 2018". To us, the Mavic Air has already toppled the Mavic Pro and then some – with a significant upgrade in every stat besides range, which it still has plenty of, the Mavic Air has everything it takes to leave DJI's current top pick in the previous year. It seems likely that this drone is going to widen the already-considerable gap between DJI and other manufacturers. The price remains less-than-ideal for some who are just looking to fly a drone around, but anyone wanting features will be ready to shell out $800 and not look back for a while. The only thing we can imagine raining down on the Mavic Air's parade would be debilitating faults with the drone, the likes of which we aren't used to from DJI, or an over-reliance on upgrades that would bring its price closer to $1000. That's the worst-case scenario, and we aren't willing to bet on it. Title Achievements Led by Brent Burnett, Synergy's Newest Pearl Executive Last November, as the holiday season began, Synergy Team Member Brent Burnett was passionately working with his team to reach new business milestones. Now, not only has he achieved the rank of Pearl Executive, he has set up a foundation for even greater success with Synergy in the future. An avid runner, Brent compares his business building to the preparation and strategy that a distance runner would use during a race: "You have to learn how to balance yourself during a race," said Burnett. "You have to know when to push and when to dial it back. Last year , we saw the opportunity to reach and decided to make that push." Hitting Pearl is definitely a commendable achievement for Brent, but not one that he could have accomplished alone. Joining him in the journey for greatness are two other Team Members who made pushes of their own to reach new titles before the end of the year. NEW TEAM DIRECTORS William Ackley and Richard Carl, friends of Brent and members of his organization, were taught what would be required in order for their businesses to grow. "They would always go out and do the simple things that I told them to do," said Burnett. "Then we would talk again and they would bring up questions, and we would build from there." He has two very dedicated and passionate Team Directors by his side, looking to achieve further success in their own businesses. The future is looking bright, but all three are aware that building on success takes dedication and patience. "Obviously, these sort of accolades don't happen overnight," said Burnett. He believes this is how a successful team will be built. He hopes to create a climate in which people will want to work hard. The Outrigger Canoe Club is a private club founded in 1908 on the beach at Waikiki on what is now the site of the Outrigger Waikiki Hotel. Our original clubhouse was a grass hut on the beach. You miss her........and cry, and miss her and cry,and feel really sorry for yourself that you can't see her pretty eyes again.....but you have a comforter. And you start to accept and you find joy when you remember her life. It would be a shame for all the love to leave with her.So what will you do with it?Get some love. You want that same kind too. Always forgiving, always caring, always there for you.You need a dog. That will help with the pain.I have a hope in my heart......that God will let us have our dogs in heaven.He never really says that but he says He'll "give us the desires of our heart" and since He is who He is this would be totally possible for Him to do. So I never really believe they're gone for good.
