The Rocklin Teachers Professional Association (RTPA) is the professional organization for the certificated personnel of the Rocklin Unified School District. Our association represents a wide range of certificated personnel, who are not in a supervisory/management position such as classroom teachers, speech & language pathologists, librarians, elementary P.E. and VAPA teachers, psychologists, counselors, adaptive physical education teachers, English language development teachers, and elementary music teachers. Our association is led by a four member Executive Board who are elected by the membership and a site Representative Council of 30 members.
