Jennifer Ashley Tepper is the Creative and Programming Director at Feinstein's/54 Below, and the author of The Untold Stories of Broadway  book series.  As the leader of 54 Below's creative programming team, Tepper is responsible for programming every show at the Broadway supper club and concert venue. She has curated and overseen the production of over 2500 shows, ranging from musicals in concert, to original solo acts, to theatrical reunions, to songwriter celebrations, and beyond. Feinstein's/54 Below has become notable for being the only venue of its kind: presenting over a dozen shows every week, specializing in Broadway acts, and welcoming both traditional cabaret and innovative new work. Tepper's leadership has been instrumental in making the locale "Broadway's Living Room", where on any given night one can find Broadway's biggest stars and emerging talents side by side, creating and sharing new work in an intimate theatrical environment.  Tepper's producing work on original ventures at the venue has gained praise from publications including The Huffington Post, The New York Times, Buzzfeed, Playbill, Newsday, the New York Post, and more. From Hit List  (the live concert version of the fictional musical from NBC's Smash) to Smile: A Broadway Reunion Concert to her collaborations with musical theatre writers both established and emerging, Tepper has, according to Theatermania, "brought her encyclopedic knowledge and typical gusto to the venue, knowing just what musical theatre enthusiasts are looking for."   On Broadway, Tepper has worked on shows in directing, producing, and marketing capacities, including [title of show], The Performers, the 2011 revival of Godspell, and the 2013 revival of Macbeth. She has also worked at off-Broadway and regional theaters, including Second Stage Theatre, Ars Nova, The York Theatre, Weston Playhouse, and Goodspeed. Other credits include projects, shows, and educational initiatives with The National Alliance for Musical Theatre, The Producing Office, PBS, The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization, TEDx Broadway, The Dramatists Guild, Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS, the New York Public Library, The Actors Fund, New York City Center, the Broadway Green Alliance, the New York Musical Theatre Festival, and New York University, where Tepper is a proud graduate. Tepper has worked as the Managing Editor of The Best Plays Theatre Yearbook, and is currently on the Artists Board for the Encores Off-Center series. She is a freelance contributor to Playbill, BroadwayWorld, Theatermania, and Backstage. As an educator, she has been involved with Florida Thespians, New York Thespians, Texas' Joci Awards, and the St. Louis Cabaret Convention, and given master classes at several universities and high schools. She is a consultant for BroadwayCon.   Tepper is the co-creator of the Bistro Award-winning concert series, If It Only Even Runs A Minute, now in its 7th year. ...Runs A Minute celebrates short-lived Broadway and off-Broadway musicals in concerts that feature photos and research as well as songs. Each concert also boasts original cast members and writers telling stories, as well as songs that have never been recorded. The series thus far has comprised over 200 performers and over 150 'under-appreciated' shows. AM New York has called the series: "Artistically compelling... displays the blood, guts, sweat and tears that go into making Broadway shows."   As a writer, Tepper has authored three volumes of The Untold Stories of Broadway series, published by Dress Circle. For these books, Tepper interviewed 250 theatre professionals about the Broadway theaters themselves and their stories of working in each house. The books cover over 70 years of our theatrical history, shared through first-hand interviews with Broadway professionals who were there. The Untold Stories of Broadway  books comprise stories with actors, producers, directors, writers, designers, stagehands, door men and women, musicians, house managers, press agents, ushers, and many more. Interspersed with interviewees' stories are Tepper's own tales and discoveries about each historic building. The Untold Stories of Broadway partners with a charitable organization that receives proceeds from each volume, and is currently partnered with Broadway Impact, the Theatre Development Fund, and the Broadway Green Alliance. Published in 2013, 2014 and 2016, each book has occupied the #1 spot on Amazon.com's Best Sellers List in Broadway & Musicals. NBC New York has called the books an 'inspiring Must-Read'.   Tepper was recently named one of the 10 professionals on Backstage Magazine 's "1st Annual Broadway Future Power List", alongside Alex Timbers and Leigh Silverman. The YR Club is a private, non-political, social/dining club with a special ambiance and superior dining selections ranging from pub style comfort foods to full menu selections.

Since 1966, we have led the effort to organize local ski trips for children. We have been at the forefront of encouraging young skiers & snowboarders to pursue that passion and develop life skills in the process. OUR MISSION We have 24 trips on the schedule this year including four Friday night trips (13 and older) 2 Monday trips and 2 Wednesday trips. The Snowflake Club - Instructs boys and girls ages 8 through 16 how to ski and snowboard. While our primary purpose is to provide a fun-filled and exciting day of skiing, we also place emphasis on members taking lessons. Beginner members must take lessons until they demonstrate that they can ski/board safely and under control. Our ski school is certified by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA), and we use their teaching models for our lessons. We award letters in the form of patches to indicate the childs ability and progression from beginner to advanced skills: 1 to 10 for skiers, A to F for snowboarders. TRIPS The price of each trip includes: round trip coach bus transportation, lift fees, instruction and supervision. Adult supervision is provided on every bus, on the slopes and in the ski lodge. One supervisor is always in the lodge at "the white flag table" to answer any questions and to assist members with any problems.

The BRS was founded in 1901 as a trade union representing railroad employees working in what was then the new craft of signaling. As railroads increasingly turned to the new technology of signal systems to improve the safety and efficiency of their operations, the BRS expanded and eventually grew into a national organization representing the men and women who install and maintain signal systems for most of the nation's railroads. The BRS represents over 10,000 members working for railroads across the United States and into Canada. Signalmen install, repair and maintain the signal systems which railroads utilize to direct train movements. Automatic signals and switches installed and maintained by Signalmen allow railroads to move large numbers of freight and passenger trains at higher speeds and with greater safety. Signalmen also install and maintain the warning systems used at railroad-highway crossings, which play a vital role in ensuring the safety of highway travelers. Some Signalmen work constructing, installing or upgrading signal systems or making major repairs. After signal systems are installed, other Signalmen perform maintenance and inspection of the equipment. Many signal employees are assigned to a particular section of railroad and are responsible for keeping the signals, switches and crossing devices in their section in safe operating condition. Signalmen inspect and maintain the equipment on a regular schedule, using special test equipment to check mechanical devices and the sophisticated electrical and electronic devices used in modern signal systems. If there is a problem with the signal system, trains can be delayed and safety of the railroad operation will be affected. When that happens, Signalmen are called on to make repairs and restore safe operation of the railroad. Railroads operate 24 hours every day, so Signalmen are called on to work at all hours of the day and night, in all kinds of weather. Signalmen learn their craft through on-the-job experience and formal apprentice training programs. They are schooled in the stringent federal regulations which govern railroad signal systems, and in railroad operations, electricity, electronics, and mechanics. After serving an apprenticeship of up to four years, employees attain journeyman status. Many employees also receive advanced training in computer technology and the increasingly sophisticated electronic circuitry used in today's signal systems. The Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen represents most of the signal employees on both the freight railroads and the passenger and commuter railroads. The Brotherhood's national headquarters is located in Front Royal, Virginia. The Brotherhood has local offices in every section of the country. The BRS is structured like many unions, with local lodges made up of members who work for a particular railroad, or in the case of large railroads, on a particular division of the railroad. Local lodges elect officers and representatives, establish bylaws and meet regularly to consider grievances, initiate new members and conduct other local business. Local lodges also elect delegates to represent them at the Brotherhood's conventions. While in session, conventions are the union's supreme authority and determine the direction of the union. Delegates set Brotherhood policy, review the general condition of the union, and establish collective bargaining goals. Delegates also elect Grand Lodge officers, who direct the operation of the Brotherhood between conventions. The Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen is affiliated with the AFL-CIO and the Transportation Trades Department.
