The missionary work in East Africa was initiated by District Apostle Michael Kraus from Canada 40 years ago. For many years, God’s children in East Africa were under the care of Canada District and later USA District until 29th March 2009, when Chief Apostle Leber during a visit to Uganda, ordained the District Apostle Helper Shadreck Mundia Lubasi as District Apostle and charged him with the responsibility to care for the three countries.
