Seasonal Affective Disorder seems to respond to this inexpensive sunrise simulator which is a cheaper alternative to a light box or dawn simulator. This device duplicates morning sun and is an effective alarm device for under $25. As a light alarm, sunrise clock, or dawn clock, it may help shift work and jet lag too. In additon the Lighten Up unit is simple to program, very simple programming comparet to other dawn simulators.
